I had the pleasure of having Vithi file my taxes today. The service was excellent; he was so kind, polite, professional, and quick. the customer service here blows some of the bigger tax companies out of the water in my opinion, and it was super affordable as well! Definitely would go back, Vithi seems to be a real asset. Thank you!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a tax preparation service and I am in my mid-50s so have filed more than 30 times. I called to make an appointment on a Saturday and expected a date 10 days from the date that I was calling as it was already April and peak tax time. To my surprise I got an appointment that same day in less than 2 hours from when I was calling. We met with Vithi who was very efficient and knowledgeable. I also expected to drop my taxes off and hear back 10 days later. Vithi was able to file the return for my wife and I while we were seated in his office and in less than an hour. We had RRSP deposits, work-from-home claim, taxable benefits with carry forward capital losses, income-splitting, sale of a principal residence, and many other forms to claim. Last year we went to an accounting service and paid more than $1,000 to file our returns. Liberty's costs were about a third of that cost and were far more efficient than the accounting service. I was very impressed and don't usually follow up with a Google review unless I am very impressed or very disappointed. I usually end up getting distracted and don't bother with reviews. Vithi deserves a commendation and I would not hesitate to go back next year at tax time.
