I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at a Toyota dealership and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were ready and eager to assist me.The service advisor, Joey Tran, took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with clear and concise explanations of the work that needed to be done. They also gave me a detailed estimate of the costs involved, and how my first service will only be 10 bucks.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from this Toyota dealership. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the skilled technicians and excellent communication throughout the process, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for top-notch service for their vehicle. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

My wife recently got her Corolla at JP Toyota. We had a great experience with our sales guy Michael. He guided us on what trim would suit us and would be within our budget. Due to car shortages, we had to wait for about 4 months. Michael gave us updates on when the car would arrive. We were also pleased by the finance manager Nicole. She guided us through the process of financing the vehicle. We did not feel pressured at all. The reason why I gave 4 stars was because of the issue we had on the car upon taking delivery of it. Michael stepped up and tried to solve the issue. Because of our experience with Michael, we give the sales department 5 stars. If you’re looking at getting a car go look for Michael. He is a pleasure to work with. Will wait and see how our first service goes. Might change the rating to 5 stars.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Anthony in Sales, Vlad in service, and Nicole in finance for the amazing service you all provided in making my vehicle purchase a success, and for going over & beyond to making me satisfied!!!The service department especially was fantastic!! I had an appointment for 3:00, I dropped it off at 8:00, and the vehicle was finished around 12:00!! I didn't have to ask for any discounts, Vlad automatically offered it to me, so thank you again so much I greatly appreciate it!!!I will say though that I was a little disappointed for the fact there hadn't been an oil change done before I purchased it, and that I had to ask sales to cover the cost. That should have been an automatic common practice for them to do a full service on your vehicles including oil changes when they come in for a trade in even if the safety inspection says that you don't require it. Especially if the vehicles have travelled over 10K like mine did.Also, the undercarriage protection spray, and detailing had to be done twice. So I would suggest improving a bit more on those services, and getting everything done right the first time without customers having to inspect it and tell you. Otherwise everything else was fantastic, thank you again so much!!!

I bought a near new Toyota Tacoma from JP Toyota on Regent. Great dealership! I dealt with Veronika for my test drive, the purchase of the truck and some after sales questions. She was awesome. The whole experience was excellent and will be buying our next Toyota from them as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Veronika!

Incredibly disrespectful of time. It's bad enough that we are 7 months waiting for a car that was promised in 4-6.... we were asked to come down this week to re-do my daughters financing since it had been over 6 months since ordering the car. This was time sensitive considering that her car is (finally) in next week- ooops!!! surprise!!, the car will not be in for a month but we needed you to drive across the city so we could sell you rust coating and upholstery packages? I felt like I was in the car scene from Fargo- like to a tee! Unreal. Had not one thing to do with financing or finalizing- Of course I also inquired before if this financing could be done by phone (because he had copies of everything) Nope, had to come in, I had to remind the young guy why we came. Very deceptive (yes, i realize it's the car industry) I realize there are a lot of people working in these empty dealerships with time on their hands but do they realize people have jobs/ lives/ better things to do. I was honest with the new salesperson that contacted her, told him with respect to our time and his we had no interest in adding things/ changing the original deal that we sat there 7 months ago to complete. All bull. No tracking numbers to track a newly built car as promised, no emails to let her know when her car was in production- if I hadn't sat through this entire process I wouldn't believe it. Most of this is all in writing via texts- but what does it matter, it's always been a industry of liars. Do better.

I brace myself going into a car dealer. Rehearsing and Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, I see human like Chuks the patient and ever friendly Sales guy,Nicole in finance who patiently explained all process and procedures and Dan the Big guy who is willing to get you water out of the stone.These guys don’t try to “push” anything on you.
