Midnight did such a good job guiding us on not only the design of the home, but also providing construction financing which was a huge help. My family and I had a few ideas of what we wanted our build to look like. We've been at the same house since 2001. It was time to build new as our family had outgrown the space. We explored a renovation first for budget reasons. Midnight offers another division Star Light Builds for that side of it. After going through what we wanted, it was clear that building new with a Tarion warranty was a better bang for buck. Midnight's own finance program for construction helped us out a lot and provided much needed top up" financing that was over our HELOC and we didnt want to dip into savings.
