Was helped by Nava Mahmudi, they were extremely helpful and kind showed us many options and clearly explained how it all worked, even did a test demonstration of the cleaner for us.

Always one furniture store to be browsed at in one is looking for good quality products. As they certainly carry a good line of many different brands. The prices are reasonable and sales are certainly worth checking out as they tend to have sales on thru out the year as seasons change and new inventory arrives. Electronics department can be worthy of a look if your into a purchase in the TV department. Many to choose.

I came in just to look but I can say the staff here are really nice and helpful. For a place in Vancouver called urban brick you would expect a lot more condo sized furniture but nope not here. There’s a few parking spaces in the back of the store.

One of the delivery teams working for this store is extremely reckless, irresponsible and unprofessional and it was very unfortunate having them deliver for us. The brought a box, we let them up without accompanying them, they managed to break two lightings in the hallway and left scattered glass all over the floor in front of our neighbors door and left without informing us or taking responsibility. Then they denied it, while we noticed it a few minutes after they left.

As a long time customer of the Brick I usually check out or purchase furniture items I am interested in here.The store is located at the south end of Granville street. It is clean and well appointed with many different furniture options on two floors.Upon entering the store is welcoming and designed to give you an open concept feel. The staff is always welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.The store manager Ahmed has always been helpful and I have dealt with him for several years now.Always welcoming and accommodating he makes sure I find exactly what I am looking for. It is not often you find customer service of this nature nowadays as most interactions are geared towards “getting the sale”. Ahmed provides his insight and helps to select what is most suitable when necessary.I did purchase a couch and a mattress from here on my last visit. The delivery process was extremely smooth and the delivery service was great as well.Ahmed also reached out to me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with my purchases which was a nice touch and definitely a reason for me to come back again.I definitely recommend visiting this location if you’re in the market for furniture!

Just recently bought a couch from The Brick granville location and am so glad I went into the store to chat with them first because the team made everything such a pleasant experience. One of their Sales Associates, Navah was super super helpful and made purchasing the couch an easy decision having been extremely knowledgeable about the item but also all the benefits that not only the couch, but the Bricks service can provide to ensure I have the best experience with the product. What was a bit of a daunting decision at first has turned out to such an exciting purchase! I would highly suggest chatting with Navah and the team at The Brick: Granville when looking to make a purchase as they are an amazing team!

The help that we received when shopping for furniture was excellent. My husband and I were looking for a few different things and were shown many different options that could work with our space. We never felt pressured to make a decision to purchase something on the spot. We always come to the Granville Brick first to look for what we need as the selection is great and the service and sales associates are so helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Honestly I can’t say enough good things about Nava at this location! Spoke with her over the phone on my first interaction and she was so helpful and accommodating, probably some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! Then I brought a friend in to refurnish a new space and she helped us so efficiently pick everything out in the store and make sure everything was in stock. She deserves 10 stars actually!

Purchased a couch at The Brick on Granville Street.Nava was a delight to shop with, patient, informative, old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend this location.

I had to update my review to say that the only time I’ve found this helpful has been when one of the store managers, Sabrina, helped.Unfortunately, I’ve ordered a couch from here that not only has taken a month to arrive, but their team forgot to mention when it was available and now delivery times are 2 weeks out.A store that is not as efficient with its shipping is just as useless as a store with low quality offerings. Optimize your entire logistics - they matter!
