The staff at this TBBS are incredible! So helpful, so patient! They explained how to use toner with a color, suggested a Joico color I adore and get SO many compliments on! and I am saving hundreds of dollars a year now that I can professionally color my own hair at home.

Good selection of stuff but would have liked better comb options and also the color pricing is higher tham Cosmoprof..

I'm a regular customer here. For those who don't shop here, there's a stamp card for every $25 spent- it gets you 1 stamp. My bill was just over $72 before taxes (nor knowing) and the cashier working did not care to provide good customer service and suggest me to spend a few extra dollars for another stamp on my card and not just this, but to upsell any products in the store. I'm just someone who's big on customer service and this was just disappointing. I even went around the store looking for something I could've purchased to spend $75 before tax (after I cashed out) but I was just annoyed/upset at this point and didn't bother.

I went in for Olaplex the nice lady helped me find it and had great product knowledge as i was looking for a leave in as well and told me which one would be best for my hair type. Alicia and Maria were very patient, friendly and kind and continuously have me coming back. Wonderful service, great products overall a very good place to shop at for hair needs. xo

The prices are very expensive compared to the prices of other stores ..If I could give less than one star, I would.. Today we asked for permenent hair waving sulotion, she gave us hair gel hahahaha..I didn't notice until after I got to the salon..I called her and told her about the problem..she said that the girl who works with us is new. At work....and I told her I will drive my car for 40 minutes to returning your mistake. She did not apologize to me for the mistake.

Love this store . Good place to buy hair colour - the kind professionals use. Good selection of other hair care products as well. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Always enjoy shopping here.
