Amazing service, great priced , very easy to install and use. Connors tech support was amazing a couldn't have asked for better help troubleshooting. Highly recommend kohler over any other generator company.

Don't go with these people or any Kholer related dealers.I had 2 sitting a year, that's right, I had the first one installed by BHS power and never saw the guy. The first kholer 14kw failed from oil pressure dripping after 6 months. Michael Portugaise from all-tech, dragged his feet so I went to get the replacement myself from Pritchard power. I had the 2nd kholer 14kw installed by a Generac dealer because of these 3 companies were not only arrogant but tried everything to get out of the warrantee because I fired michael for his behaviour. The 2nd generator failed not even 6 months later ...again! And fried half the stuff in my house. Kholer refused to pay untill I got a lawyer involved. They paid for the house hold items because I paid their local rep to come out and check the install. It wasn't the install. As for the generator it failed because they never fastened the neutral lug" inside the unit
