I had a great experience! Coco was so friendly and happy to help make my experience a positive one. Tim did my nails and it was my first time having Dip nails done and they are very pretty. He was so patient with me when I was probably the least easy client because I apparently do not know how to relax" my hands :)The salon is very modern and clean (all brand new).They have covid protocols in place and I felt both safe and comfortable while getting my nails done!I will be back before long! Thank you"

They are nice and friendly. I got shellac, but it did not last 2 days. Poor quality.

I went in for the first time today and Tammy did my nails. I just got a shellac manicure, but this was the most gentle manicure I've ever had. When she was cleaning up my cuticles I could barely feel it. She made sure I was liking the colour as she applied them. I think what I appreciated most was she wasn't rushing to get it done. She took her time and made sure they looked amazing, which they do! Will definitely be going back.

I started going to coco nails over a year ago when I moved to Elmira. I’ve gone every three weeks for a fill and shellac. I went and got the shellac removed yesterday because I wanted to take a break from getting my nails done. They charged me 40$ to take shellac off - literally criminal. Will never be going back, I’ve been getting my nails done for years and it’s always been about 10$ to have removal of shellac done at the other salons I went to when I lived in Waterloo. Added pic to show that they did literally NOTHING. Could’ve gotten my nails redone for that price.

Coco nails is my FAVE place to get a mani pedi. They use really great products, the space is clean, the girls are kind and professional, and it’s just over all one of my most favorite places to pamper myself on a day off!!! They are always accommodating at getting me in quick if I accidentally break a nail between appointments. Fantastic customer service and always a great job done. Make sure you check them out!

Today was my first visit, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. My daughter received Shellac, and I got dip. The women who performed the services were incredibly gentle and paid close attention to every small detail. I am definitely planning on returning in the future!
