Arrived to a “Be right back” sign. I waiting 20 minutes to have the associate greeting me by informing I can’t lean against the booth after the long wait. Employee didn’t apologize and was very disrespectful in his tone. The customer was not put first. I was attempting to support local but will complete my transaction on the website. I don’t recommend this Telus location.
