Like almost everyone else on here, I wish I could give them zero stars. What a dinosaur of a company. Save yourself the grief and don't use them. We've been using them for our company for years only because there's no other choice in Canada. But no more. I'd rather buy stamps from the local postal outlet.

I do not recommend this company. This service was more of a nuisance than convenience. Don't waste your money or time. Not to mention all the hidden fees. Biggest waste of our time and money.

Been with their company for 4 years. Rude Customer Service! Very disappointed with their service. Instead of dealing with these people I would rather use Canada Post.

Neopost now Quadient still the Worst!Nothing but a nightmare dealing with this company for 3 years. Contract fulfilled, equipment returned months ago but they still haven't refunded my monies owed back to me. Today I found out their DPOC still has me as active and has been charging me $4 a month for the past 3 months reducing the amount they still owe me for postage paid in advance. Useless bunch of C*nts.

Just like all the other negative complaints - stay away from this disorganized garbage heap of a company! I returned a mailing machine last year (in April) ... and just received an invoice this week for an overdue account charging me for one year's worth of use; on the equipment I returned!!! Of course I had all my paperwork and emails to prove that I had properly returned my equipment and did not use it last year. Wow ... what a joke!!

These People Never Answer The Phones! They are impossible to get a hold of. I've even mailed a letter explaining our troubles with our neopost machine, attached to a cheque (I'm a payable clerk) and they still have yet to contact me.

Absolutely terrible. Our company ordered a postage machine from them over a month ago and was told it would arrive in one week. Still no sign of the machine and have just continuously gotten the runaround every time I’ve tried to get an update.

Wish I could give no stars. So many problems with this company.. from customer service being horrid, to the machine malfunctions. Do yourself a favor and get regular mailing stamps.
