We just recently had new Quartz counter tops installed with new kitchen sink. Our counter top company arranged for Universal Plumbing to come out first thing the next day to replumb the complete PVC p-trap, drainage etc. Hook up new kitchen faucet and drinking water tap as well as reassemble & install the garburator. Also while here I had Reilly install new shut off valves.To my amazement in 1 1/2 hours Reilly completed everything to perfect order. Reilly was the BEST, pleasant, professional & highly competent.Prior to this job I had never heard of Universal Plumbing and Heating however with the experience I have had, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

These guys are awesome! We first called them because we needed a repair on our furnace. They were super fast in responding (within the hour) and had the issue diagnosed and fixed the same day. I casually mentioned a couple of other issues we were having with our fireplace and with our tankless water heater. These were long standing issues that Town and Country Plumbing (the original installers) couldn't seem to figure out. Universal figured it out and fixed the problems. We couldn't be happier with their service. They were on time, super professional and super high quality. We are now loyal customers of Universal!! I highly recommend them!!

I was referred to Universal by Full Throttle Furnace & Duct Cleaning to have my furnace checked before winter. I was very happy with the service. Reilly was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely deal with Universal in the future for all furnace maintenance and repairs.

Well they charged me for no service!, I called them up to ask about charges to fix a flush lever, lady at the reception asked address n other details and said it would be more than $100 so it didn’t make sense to me paying that amount for such a small repair. So I clearly told her I’ll check if other units of my property need plumbing repairs then it would make sense to book the appointment, I said I’ll get back. Well guess what, she booked the plumber and after a week plumber showed up at the property, he called me and I told I never booked the appointment, the moment he cut the phone I received an email with an invoice charging me for visit. Later I emailed their management about the incident and nobody ever replied. So I just paid them without wasting much of my time, wish them good luck with this kind of professionalism. Very unprofessional.

Once again the professionals at Universal Plumbing have come to our rescue in midst of winter cold when our Bryant furnace failed us again (not installed by them). Very busy time for them with everyone having furnace troubles in our cold weather but they were there that day to investigate and trouble shoot. Universal made every effort to try and salvage the old furnace. After only 14 years of the Bryant hassle (other past expensive part replacements) it was time to replace and stop the bleeding. We are very pleased with their recommendation and one day install of our new Napoleon (Canadian product) that was reasonably priced (checking internet quotes) and didn't charge for the previous visits to fix the Bryant. There was no up selling of stuff" I didn't need (as per the previous plumbing company) and we retained the same air filtering system to use my current stock pile of filters. I will continue to use Universal Plumbing for my plumbing needs and highly recommend this company. Thanks guys."

Had a plumber from Universal plumbing come out to my place to move a sink drain and supply. When he showed up and seen the work he was not happy and continued to complain the rest of the day, the second day he was slightly better. When he was done the bill was made up and showed to me then I paid the bill. A day or 2 later I receive a email stating nearly $700 additional owing. I figured this must me a mistake.... tried to resolve this and it didn't work.In the end the work was ok but not worth it, I would not recommend at all .The mileage changed from the Thursday I called to the following Tuesday when the work was done ( even though the gas price didn't change that weekend,) But the biggest thing was the additional hrs that I was charged when I know the plumber wasn't even at my house( 700) even if the 30 min drive was included in the invoice it was still multiple hrs over what was actually worked.

When our water heater started leaking on Christmas day we called around to a number of plumbing places in Regina. Universal had the most knowledgeable staff and they were able to answer many questions that we had. The asked questions like how many people lived in the house and our water usage patterns. Other places just gave us a standard quote for a new water heater. I was also curious about tankless water heaters and Colin was able to answer my questions on that as well. He also knew about the Sask Energy rebate that we would get if we converted from a standard heater to a tankless. None of the other companies brought this up. The install was quick and they left the work place clean and were very respectful of my house as well as the health guidelines while working in my house. I am very happy with the service that I received and I will be using Universal for any plumbing or heating jobs that come up in the future.

About 4 years ago I needed a plumber to install my gas fireplace, gas furnace in the garage and hookup a gas BBQ. Colin and Jason at Universal Plumbing were recommended to me. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard. I had many questions regarding other plumbing issues, permits as well as some hands on training for my fresh air exchanger. Since then I have had them in to install a new water heater and again have been very impressed with them and the job they have done. I have recommended them too many of my friends who have also been satisfied. I will continue to promote Universal Plumbing to everyone who is in need of their service.

My AC unit went off after the big storm we had here weeks ago. The boys from Universal came over and put in a hard day of work to get our new unit installed. Everything works like a charm. Great job Universal.
