This office contains the most incompassionate people I have ever met. My cat was in a bad state and she needed to be put down. They gave me false hope by acting like I could bring her and then nope sorry no room. It would have only taken just a few minutes but no. I would never ever recommend this office. I hope karma bites them in the ads.

They looked after my pet extremely well. Her problem was discovered on Friday and she was scheduled for surgery Monday morning. As I drive school bus, they accommodated my work schedule without any issues.

Terrible customer service. I was told I had an appointment at 140. I received a call at 1:30 from The clinic to advise I missed my 120 appt. I advised I am in my car to be there for my 1:40 appt as I was 10 MJs. Away. They advised that they could not see me know and I have to pay a missed fee of $68 which would not be waived due to the confusion. This was not an error on my part! I was also going to rebook.Money grab and poor customer service! Would not listen to any of my comments. Money grab!

I have trusted Colborne Vet Clinic for the best health care for my pets for many years. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and their staff equally helpful. Their care and compassion is very reassuring.

Had to take my very sick cat in. He ended up having to be euthanized. They were very respectful and let me have as much time as I wanted to say goodbye. Even shaved off a bit of his fur for me to have.

We had to put our pup down today. I can't say enough about the amazing staff here. They gave us time, spoke with us and made us as comfortable as possible. I am so thankful that we had an such a caring group of people to support us during this extremely difficult time.

We have 4 cats of all ages and we have been bringing them here for years. Dr Arora is fantastic and knows his stuff. Never a long wait for appointments and priced reasonably. All the staff is friendly. It’s just a nice place to go and you feel good leaving!

They were able to get my rabbit looked at within a couple of days after calling. Very friendly service as well!The vet was very kind and gentle with my rabbit and answered all of my questions.I highly recommend!
