We had a problem with one of the circuits on our house, and Jacob from Knight Electric showed up on time, assessed the situation and identified the specific problem very quickly, presented me with 4 options for how to proceed - each carefully explained and quoted - and then did the work quickly, efficiently and without leaving any mess (the spaces he worked in were actually cleaner when he left, LOL). Everything was explained very clearly and patiently throughout the process, and when Jacob discovered he could solve our issues with less cost than originally agreed to, he did so without trying to upsell us on anything we didn't need. I highly recommend Knight Electric and will definitely call them again the next time I have any electrical work that needs to be done. Thanks for making it all so easy, Knight Electric!

Knight Electric recently brought our 100+ year old home up to code. This included a new panel, replacement of knob and tube wiring, replacement light fixtures, some GFIC plugs, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Besides doing a fantastic job, Jacob and Alexi were very professional, thoughtful, personable, and tidy. The level of service was exceptional. After living here for 35 years, our home is safe. I hired knight electric for a knob and tube remediation job. Boy im glad i did too. They took the real time needed to plan the job out just for my house. They explained every step (no matter how many times i asked) and made sure i was totally confident with the work they were to do. The work was done to the highest quality and with minimum demo too. They are professionals not only in skill but at a personal level. I am a retired veteran and have special needs and they went out of thier way to make sure i was ok. The definition of gentleman. A great company to deal with. We had them booked for a day to install some pot lights along with some other jobs; bathroom fan installation, changing an exterior light, video doorbell, etc. They worked super fast and efficiently, service was courteous and friendly. Very knowledgeable, fair price, excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.Alexi, Jacob and their apprentice did a great job rewiring my garage, attic and basement. Showed me some tips and tricks from a DIYer's perspective, pointed out the issues prior to them addressing them, cleaned up after they were done. Best of all, they do it smiling and with humor lol.And they also have a neat booking system to track their ETA and when they are done. They provide invoices clearly outlining their scope.I will definitely be calling them again for future jobs.

Knight Electric replaced the main panel at my daughters house that she just purchased. I was concerned with the age and history of issues with the 50 year old panel. After looking at Google reviews, I narrowed my selection of Electricians down to two reputable local companies. I selected Jacob's company based on our first interaction when he came to the house to provide an estimate. He patiently answering all my questions and went in detail on the work that will be done. Once selected, he made the process painless by making all arrangements with Hydro and City inspectors and responded quickly with an install date. He came to the house the morning of the install to review all the work with his crew to ensure all was addressed. His installers were extremely polite and respectful of the house and worked non stop (no breaks that I saw) till the panel was installed and power restored. The panel layout and installation was of high quality, with the wiring re-arranged cleanly and all breakers labelled clearly. I would highly recommend Knight Electric, impressed with the professionalism, communication, price and quality of work.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jacob! We have aluminum wiring and Jacob was able to remedy several issues we had with it. He was very professional and an excellent communicator. I highly reccommend Knight Electric.

A very knowledgeble man came to give me an estimate and what work would be done. Two weeks later, at exactly 8:30 am, they arrived and started working. In total there were 3 full days where the crew of two, or three, worked non stop until end of day. I should mention it was -30 one day while they had outdoor work to do, so frequent , but short warm up breaks were taken. Due to the cold, the head electrician came back 4 days later when it had warmed up, and sealed areas outside and replaced the soffits. Great work, good work ethic, and answered any and all questions I had during the whole process. Great business!
