I went to this branch in the morning… had the worst experience with the manager working. She came and told its all your problem and you have deal with it… My account was on hold for some reason but this lady instead of helping me she was all about saying that this is my problem and she cant do anything. I even thought of changing my bank to some other bank, she told me you re more than welcome to change the bank. Her behaviour was totally unacceptable. Though i came in the milton branch.. the ldy working there solved out all my problems really appreciate her help. Never ever go to brampton branch. All you get from the branch in the bramlea mall is disrespect and rudeness.
