I came in today looking for a replacement fan for my PC, and not only did this store have exactly what I was looking for, but it was the same brand and size as my old one. I got home and installed the fan, and it works perfectly. My 10 year old gaming rig kicked back to life like nothing was ever wrong with it, and it runs like it did when it was new. staff were very kind and very knowledgeable and forgiving when I came back across town with a very dead fan to show them what I needed.If I ever have any other computer questions or hardware concerns, I'll be giving these guys a call. Absolutely love coming here for all of my computer needs. Brandon computers has a great mix of new and refurbished products. Whether you're looking for a cheap computer for work, or an awesome gaming rig!They're very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was in on Friday for a crossover cable and a few other things. They had no crossovers already made, so they made it on the spot. I think I waited about 5 minutes max!Thank you guys for the awesome service!Screw best buy, why pay outrageous markup on stuff you don't need, when you can come here and get EXACTLY what you need without having to sell a kidney???

I had looked all over town for a decent computer. Everything was over priced and mediocre. I then went to Brandon Computers and Don helped me find a really good refurbished computer for a really reasonable price. When i mentioned it didn't have the power i needed for gaming, he recommended a really good video card. They installed the card quickly and by the next day I had my brand new computer playing all my video games on high quality for a fraction of the price of what was on the shelf at the competitors.

Great bunch to work with very professional and friendly. Fixed my hardware issues and software both and quickly.

I brought in my working laptop to have a hinge fixed. It now freezes and rapidly flashes a black screen, which has triggered my epilepsy. I brought it in 3 times and left it with them for a long time. They say they never saw a problem with it & are very rude and creepy. They went on my skype account instead of their own to “test the computer”. Sorry for the people that live in and around Brandon & these guys are your only option. I spent a lot of hard earned money here & would have continued to if they actually fixed things instead of making them worse and being rude. They never even said sorry for having to bring it in so many times. If you travel to Winnipeg often& have other options do not go here.

Great store. Had to come back three times as my computer kept having problems and they gladly fixed it without charging me extra. Great pricing and super friendly staff! Very happy with my purchase and service

I bought a refurbished computer from here and the power supply went out within a year. I brought it back to them and they repaired the computer under warranty at no additional cost to myself. They had my computer up and running and back to me very quickly. I will be a repeat customer for sure and will recommend to my friends.

I had stuck keys on my keyboard and brought it in @ 1:45pm and the next day at 8:30am I could pick it up. Excellent service. They we’re efficient, extremely helpful and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who has computer issues.

I called Brandon Computers from Altona, Mb. needing help getting my 90 year old father a new computer. He lives in Neepawa, MB. Dave, at Brandon Computers went the extra mile for my dad and responded with next day service. This is a level of customer care that I have never experienced from a big electronics store. As so many seniors are struggling with isolation, a business that is willing to go above and beyond to help them is really refreshing. I highly recommend this store because of the fast service, friendly and helpful people and a great price.
