We went today Nov 3 during closing for the original cheesecake. The dude working today was very informative about the coffee cake as that’s all we had left. We ended up still getting it and boy oh boy we liked it and devoured it in the parking lot.Cheers guys

There was no lineup when we went so that was great.chocolate is only available on certain days so got the regular one and as always it was great.

Uncle Tetsu’s Japanese cheesecake is a must try for any dessert lover! This $14 cake was so soft and moist, it was so delicious! The customer service was also extremely friendly and informative! Their kitchen location next door delivers fresh cakes to them and keeps them stocked as needed, so although they are not made their, they are still sold fresh! Thank you!

I bought the very berry limited edition one and I didn’t have a chance to open and check it but when I opened it at home it didn’t look fresh like always at all, me and my guests tried it but unfortunately no one like the taste, I called the store and the lady kept telling me No No that’s not possible instead of helping me find a solution. I definitely not recommend it and never buy it again.

I initially bought an Original cheesecake that turned out to be a coffee cheesecake. Customer service reached out to me and apologized for the error. I was given a new Original cheesecake and it was just as delicious as I remember it. Good customer service, and the staff at this shop were very nice! The girl at the shop today wanted to hear about my story and was very empathetic. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this location.

Me and my wife loved their cheesecake original . It was not as good as the last time we got from downtown but it still was ok , might not be as fresh . The store in mall is congestedNew update :They closed this store and have a pop up store which is a box . Dont sell single medaline but pack of 4 . Had to buy pack coz i was craving

Honestly not bad compared to a full size store, but it’s honestly a completely different experience since you don’t have a normal sized kitchen in view and I think all their goods are just delivered here then refrigerated.

The original cheese cake tastes like a fluffed egg cake. Tastes like 98% fluffy, uncooked egg bread and 2% cheese. Definitely was not worth the $14
