Sonder at Revival

This was such a beautiful place to stay, with a garden view balcony, the modern aesthetic, awesome service and self check in process and easy walks to so many beautiful areas (stanley park, english bay, granville island, waterfront). Thank you especially to Jeff! The handwritten note at our check in was so kind and thoughtful. We enjoyed our one year marriage anniversary stay very much ☺️

The location is ok, it's in West End. Lots of food nearby. No lobby, self check in. The room is great, its modern but not soundproof. The mattress is pretty hard. Bathroom is a bit small, but it's nice to have kitchen. Love the smart TV. Will come back.

Great place to stay. It's quieter than a typical hotel and the essentials closet is a great idea. The umbrella-share in the lobby is super convenient and the rooms are well-equipped with a full kitchen and microwave, which you don't normally see. Great place to stay, would happily do so again.One thing to be careful about is taking your car out of the parking garage after 11pm as the gate will not open from the outside until 6am. Make sure you have another person in your party who can go in through the hotel and into the parking garage from inside, then open the gate from inside if you need to.

Provided code did not work when arriving. It's already been an hour with support and we still can't get to our room, or in the building at all. Book elsewhere. Not a luxury experience to be stranded outside in the cold at 1AM.Update: The room was really nice and support ended up being helpful.

We stayed here for 5 days when we were in the city. The location is good and have lot of places to eat nearby. The accessibility is good too.But the 2 things we missed here, one there is no washer and dryer in the suite or in the building. Ao you have to get your clothes cleaned from outside and pay extra for that.And the most irritating thing was there was no cleaning service included in the stay. Not even once in 5 days. If you want cleaning you have to pay 60$ for each time you want your room cleaned. They should provide one cleaning service atleast in 3 days… but they don’t Which is absolutely not worth it. Better pay and stay in a hotel and have no stress about cleaning …

We will return without a doubt.. Feels good to find a jewel like this. We are so happy with this choice, they have everything in place and it feels like a lot of thought went into predicting the guest needs.. …..The neighborhood recommendations were all great and the parking arrangement is just perfect .. We have strayed in a lot hotels in Vancouver but Sonder makes us feel like we are at home.. loved it

This is the future of hospitality. Everything was done directly through their app and got an amazing, gorgeous room in the best location for dirt cheap. Very well furnished. Perfectly clean. Elegant. Pleasant. You get a further discount when you book directly through their app so don’t use a 3rd party. Been staying with sonder for years now all over the world bc once you start using their platform for travelling you realise it’s by far the best way to find a place to stay all over the world. Very impressed w this company. Sonder is the future

Cool but cold. This hotel got me with the lovely interior design of the lobby and the rooms, very trendy aesthetic and high end feel. However, I think there's something to be said for interacting with other humans and the friendly, helpful service at other hotels. The room is also modern to the point of feeling cold because of some of their choices, endless uniform hallways, high gloss lacquer cabinets, cold flooring and no area carpet, no cozy hotel robes, no sofa or lounge chairs in the room etc. Overall it's just kind of a futuristic, cold feel like you're in a simulation of a hotel (weird comment I know, my fiance said he felt like a Sim character in a computer hotel lol). That all being said the location is super walkable and convenient and there are TONS of great restaurants and shopping nearby which is awesome.

I stayed there on my own. There is no front desk, cleaning the room is by request only and costs C$60 each time. Since I was out most of the time, this is not a huge issue for me. Towels and amenities are available on the ground floor.The machinery at the mall next door can get noisy, the hotel provides ear plugs. I am a sound sleeper, so, also not an issue. Love the fact that there is a kitchenette and full size fridge as well. There was only a shower in my room. Some prefers bathtubs, but fewer hotels are providing them nowadays (probably to speed up the room cleaning time).I brought enough clothes, but even if I didn’t, I think that there is a laundromat just across the street.Really love the neighborhood. Still feel like staying downtown, but away from the hustle and bustle.There is a supermarket and a liquor store at the mall next door. There are also some nice neighborhood restaurants in the area.

My first time staying at Sonder and it was wonderful.This Sonder at Revival has the best location for this part of Vancouver. Walkable distance, where it is actually so close, to the beach, Stanley park, loads of shops and restaurant nearby. You’ve got almost everything you need. The neighbourhood is beautiful and nice and quiet and just amazing.The lobby is super nice with access to wifi, chairs and tables for both relaxing or working while waiting for the room. I actually could get into the room earlier than the time they informed and was super happy about that. Even though there is no receptionists but everything went smoothly and just so easily.Contacting with Sonder’ staff was easy through the app. I had no problem at all.The room is spacious, you’ve also got a little studio with a balcony facing the street or the garden. Kitchen with enough cutlery, pots and pans, plates and cups, etc. there is also a microwave, dishwashing machine. I mean just exactly everything you need.Bed is great, 6 pillows which I looove it so much.I had a really pleasant stay and would absolutely choose Sonder again for my next trips to Vancouver or anywhere else.Good job Sonder. Keep doing this fabulous work!!!
