Fantastic service! I was looking for a good used track for my son's older machine and Justin was so helpful. He found me what I needed, communicated every step of the way and allowed me to send my courier in to pick up. Highly reccommend.

Ordered a bunch of used parts, service was ok, would have been nice to know about the quality of the parts being shipped. Spent about $250 in a small handful of parts, some of them not the most useful, and i will have to find them elsewhere. I should have requested pictures of the items beforehand, then i would have went another route.

Excellent customer service and great selection. I had tried other places closer to home, useless. Called bent toys and they had every single part I needed. Paul was super responsive and called or emailed right away. This is my 2nd time dealing with them and never going anywhere else.

Probably the worst service ever called for parts was told they had 3 in stock. Told them we would be there the next day for the parts drive 2.5 hours to be servered by arrogant man who then went on to say they didnt have anything like that. The man was rude and had bad customer service would never recomend the place for parts or nor will i return. You obviously new exsactly who this was and in calling me this morning i will clerify that another person name and number was given and that person was super nice and was egar to help. The man that was there wasnt my dad but thank you and being polite today have a great day

I have dealt with bent toys twice now and they are excellent guys to deal with. I have been having problems with my 2002 Polaris sportsman and they have had all the parts that I have needed to repair my machine. Justin has been great with helping me figure out the parts that I needed to get for my machine. I will be back for more parts in the future. Thank you very much for the good service! Highly recommend bent toys for parts for your machines.

I was contacted by Bent Toys from a parts look upon partshotline.ca. I asked for a seat, fuel shut off valve and handlebar cover aka dash. Tiffany at Bents toys sent me pictures of the seat that looked like it was in good shape but needed to be recovered. I gave parts numbers for the other parts I inquired about. The pricing seemed fair. They sent the parts via Purolator in a timely fashion.I received the wrong and or damaged and nothing I could could use. I give 4 stars for the customer service. I talked to Justin, and he maid things right. Thank you to Bent Toys, and look forward to dealing with you in the future.

Being in South Eastern Ontario, I was skeptical about using Bent Toys. I was wrong. I emailed them the part I was after and very shortly Paul emailed back and said they had one in stock that fit my bike and said the part was in working order. I spoke with Paul, ordered the actuator and it arrived within 2 days via Purolator. All this at a third of the cost of a new part.Thanks Paul at Bent Toys. I won't be hesitating using you guys again in the future!!Doug in Stirling Ontario
