Without the help of Hillyards (particularly, Jayne), my family and I would not have had a place to even spend Christmas out of the extreme conditions of the outdoors. I have a 16month old baby and staying in a hotel for more the 17days was not ideal. They sold my house in a week for more than the list price and were really fair with their commission. Went to Hillyards for a quick sale and because I didn't want to be locked into a 10 months contract on Purplebricks where I would still have to pay even if they didn't sell it. Proper local knowledge and clearly backed up by years of experience. Knew when I was being fed nonsense by people who were overvaluing in the hope of winning my business and people who were undervaluing for a quick sale. Cannot recommend enough.
