A well keep and nice community centre in East Vancouver. You can stroll around the lake trail in the same park too. It has a big parking lot. The nice view of the park is combined with this centre. This centre is pretty in fall. Many people come for the pictures in fall.

Regular marijuana smoking in tiny men bathroom, no staff control to prevent ugly smell in such a small contained space.DEFINITELY not snitching on some of your patrons, not in this climate, specially if they know I am the one that knows. DO your job patrol regularly, you people sit your whole shifts & it shows. Self respect is so important when you hold employment at a gym, play the part for god’s sake.Very small weight area that is dangerous and horribly set up. some members have bad habit of using 8 ft bars in the middle of tight room sending the rest of the members to the sides, STAFF is useless, uncertified in the area of safety obviously.Women staff are rude & male staff lazy & rude. Heavy set, greasy hair native is rude, inept in fitness wears teen cartoons t-shirts, very unprofessional always available for pity stuff, never there for anything of substance. For a small below average gym there are always 5/6 being repaired stickers, making the workout experience even more inadequate.Do not recommend this gym $58 monthly fee. the change rooms are the size of my closet, the washrooms/toilets/sink/ shower filthy.Often filthy dirty towels left hanging for weeks and odour get repugnant and unbearable eventually checked to garbage bin by a fed up member that gave up waiting for a janitor to do any cleaning.Took pictures of filthy dusty floors that are never vacuumed, instead they use silly fleecy dusters that only spread dust more, the dust is an evil mix of filth, dead skin, black bunnies, hair & more (disgusting). Will be posting reviews and pics in other browsers as well.

Pros:- New facility.- 2 staff with long hair and Asian were professional.Cons:- 1 staff abusive to 12+ paid customers, many openly LGBTQ.Staff forcing 12+ paid customers to use lake for toilet. Washroom locked with no warning, with staff refusing to open for another 15 minutes, forcing customers to watch him work. Prior, staff aggressively forced paid customers out early inspite of documentation and without reasonable warning.Staff was 6 feet, self identified as male, grey hoodie, Leafs hat.2 other staff with long hair and Asian forced to intervene and do his job. They listened to complaints, very professional, apologizing and opened washroom for paying customers.****Replying below to Trout Lake Community Centre (Owner)Reported to 2 staff already. Nada.Same as several years back when witnessed staff dropping 20+ foot gym equipment on my friend and 10+ other paid customers. Staff engaged in UFC stare down next time my friend paid money. Reported. Nada.Tiktok next time. Or maybe Burnaby Community Centres.

Big, bright, and busy community centre with a great gymnasium and much more — inside and out! Lots of schedules to note for activities across all ages. The main entrance has a friendly, open design that invites you to come in and explore the amenities. Ice rink next door was built for the 2010 Winter Olympics (I think). The whole facility is relatively new, clean, and well-maintained. Check it out and enjoy!

Been coming here for 15 years and it’s my favourite park in all of Vancouver. What’s so sad is that they kick people out now at 10 pm because of one bad moment with some loud people causing the rest of the community to loose the ability stay later quietly.
