Disappointed is an understatement I take my credit very seriously they have a older toyota tacoma for says on the website available for financing and fill out the pre approval woch I unfortunately did then they inform me tge vehicle is not even available for financing so they pull a credit check on a vehicle only able to purchase with cash then were not able to give me any straight answers

Bernardo is probably the best salesman I will ever enjoy dealing with. He works in the pre owned department. He sold me a car in 2018 at another dealership and I will support & follow him to wherever he goes. He’s not a regular commission hungry sales guy. He genuinely wants you to get a good vehicle and one you can actually afford. He will continue to help you beyond & I can’t thank him enough.

Did an 'urgent' first oil change here today even far from home and it had to be taken care immediately. Toyota didn't let me down and took care of it right away. In & out 30 mins, everything was clean and new anyway, so thank you very much, from Calgary

One week after purchasing my car here I noticed my transmission was making excessive noise and slight grinding. After bringing it back to toyota to look at I was told it was normal and there was nothing wrong with it before they even looked at the car. Now I got the car serviced at a seperate dealer and found out the transmission had almost no oil and was very black, along with metal filings coming out with the oil. Toyota refuses to take responsibility and will only offer me the current trade-in value. Only positive out of this experience is learning which dealerships I can trust with my next car purchase, anywhere but here

Bought my 2nd Rav4 from Kim and had a great experience again. Unfortunately I was side swipped in a hit and run. I texted Kim and she recommended a fantastic business to help me out and get me felling much better.After I went to toyota to show Kim the work they did and pick up a paint pen to touch up a few minor chips, free of charge. I've been dealing with this Toyota and Kim for over 5 yrs. Definitely would recommend them.
