Such a great office with a wonderful clean and professional atmosphere. Desk staff are so friendly and wonderfully helpful via phone when needed. Each doctor really listens to you and your needs, taking special time and care with each. Highly suggest them and their multitude of services.

Have been seeing Dr. Starr for a very long time and will keep doing that for as long as I am on this earth.I had given up hope after a severe gym injury and Dr Starr took the time to assess my situation; formulated a trmt/ rehab program, which gave me reason to become strong and live !!In short her kindness; wealth of knowledge, and selfless care not only made me recuperate, but walk again!!I am forever indebted to Dr Starr, and she will always be a guiding light for me !!Thank you ever so much Dr StarrWith sincere gratitudeHarry Gill

Dr Starr is an excellent Chiropractor, who accesses and understand the patient's needs properly. Got very good results for my injury.

Elke Starr is well spoken and has good bed side manners. But if you are going to her to get chiropractor service then stay away from her. She doesn't have the deep knowledge to fix the things .....better off going to a massage therapist.

The worse Front staff ever I have met. So biast and rude. Only Dr. E star is the best but rest of the staff is so rude. They threatened me to keep the credit card on file otherwise cancel my appointment.the receptionist put me on Waiting list after booking my appointment. And right on the same day I start getting waiting list times and days. So I called ger to take the earliest day then the original and told her to cancel the original appointment. I attended my appointment from the waiting lit and next week I got a call on my original day that I missed my appointment today so I called back and clarif everything but no one at their office was admitted that it was the receptionist fault . And ask me to pay for the no show fees. I got so shocked that how it is my fault and they told me that they are going to cancel all my ip coming appointments until I give my credit card on file which i denied and said go ahead cancel the appointment. And till todays daye shockingly I am still on there waiting list snd getting emails about cancelation policies.I said how it is a no sow when I did attend my appointment I took from waiting list and it is your receptionist Tara's job to cancel the original appointment if someone is calling you from waiting list. Also the Message Threrapist talk to me about the same as Their receptionist she said ok you can pay $25 instead of $50 as I have to pay my rent. I said for what reason when I didn't do any no show coz she said I had 4 no shows that day so if she didn't update their schedule how it is my fault I do work at thir Front desk. Seriously this is so sick. As they are running a family business and will just listen to each other not to the client that is what I had experienced.i am pretty sure that they haven't cancel my upcoming appointments and this why I am on waiting list and on the email list that they are still sending me the waiting list msgs a d emails.

I really like the message because of the different pressure relieving techniques on all different body parts. I felt so good after the message.

Dr. Elke worked with a colleague from Colorado who was experiencing severe lower back pain. The following morning, after one treatment, she was without any pain!Previous to this, I met Elke when my 15 year old dog was experiencing weakness in her right rear leg and hip. She literally tipped over several times daily. After one treatment, she leapt like a puppy and ran on the beach. I have continued with 3 more treatments and my dogs’s back is now straight. Her right leg and hip are becoming stronger & stronger. We do more walking, especially on uneven surfaces and uphill as Elke advised me to do. My small girl has been rejuvenated. I am so very grateful to Elke!

I'm so pleased that I found Dr Starr on Google. Seeing such a high rating sometimes makes me skeptical. But, she is friendly and very caring. I couldn't take a full breath due to pain in the ribs and after 3 treatments, I'm feeling so much better. I can breath fully again. I haven't needed a Chiropractor since 2005 and am thrilled to find a great one close to home.
