It is rare to find a national distributor that is so quick and responsive with a end-user consumer; usually distributors punt us through the dealer channels. I needed a small replacement part for a Ventahood, and they were able to turn it around in a day! Super responsive, super courteous, and they didn't *gouge* me on the cost of the part. Thanks Joleen!

Tory, the lady who picked up the phone was fabulous! She took my email addy down, then got busy looking up the how-to video I couldn't find on my own if my life depended on it! She got back to me within 5 minutes with a link to it, and I thought I was off to the races, but oh no! The engineers of the blower fan had a different idea! But that's not Tory's fault. I still consider her to be salt of the earth! Thanks again Tory!

Our Vent-a -Hood stove vent motor became noisy after 18 years of use. We contacted Redman Distributing for replacement parts. We dealt with Sarah Garbutt, who was very pleasant and helpful. Our order was processed the same day, and arrived the following day. We are very pleased and impressed with the service we received.

I needed parts for my Vent-a-hood above-range fan (at least 10 years old), and I was able to easily source my parts through Redman Distributing Inc. by providing the model # and serial #. Their customer service was excellent via email, responding promptly and finding the parts for me and then sending them to me immediately; I received them just a couple of days after ordering them. The prices were reasonable, and my installer was able to install them the same day I received them. Now, my hood fan is working perfectly. I highly recommend Redman Distributing Inc.

I needed a light for my vent-a-hood and found it on the site that Redman is the distributor in Canada for parts. I ordered the part on line and they processed the order and sent it on via Canada Post. I had it tracked all the way and it was delivered in good time. We installed a vent a hood on our deck and cannot believe the functionality of the venting system. It is extremely quiet and efficient. Not to mention the professional look. We have had many compliments. I hate using my current system in my kitchen and have now made a new purchase of our second vent a hood system. Cannot wait to install this in my kitchen. After spending $6335.00+ at one of Edmonton's largest appliance dealers, when it came time to obtain a part, they would not give us the time of day...they wouldn't even give us any options. We Googled Vent-A Hood" and discovered Redman Distributing. Tory gave us outstanding service (she even sent us pictures so we would get the right part) It was shipped the same day.
