Either I am a difficult person or it literally makes no sense this company is operating.24 hour ATM sign turns out no 24h as their *feedback received so no ATM after business hours?As stupid as it sounds, no wonder why their Facebook doesn't even have much visitor. 1-2 pages of people Facebook posts go back in 2015

Called community savings and they said this location is no longer operating. Would have been nice to have that information before I made my way all the way here.

Worst customer service. I spoke with a lady named Bally who works at the Surrey location. She lies . I had an existing loan & wanted to add to it. She told me no problem call back when your loan reaches a certain amount. I did & she tells me otherwise. Worst customer service. Dont tell lies just be upfront from the beginning. Very judgmental and rude person. We will be banking elsewhere thats for sure.
