The horrible experience that my husband and I had surprisingly happened by the staff who was so called the customer service expert. The staff was a young man and he already seemed not wanting to service us. My assumption quickly became obvious when he pretended us to be invisible. He tried so hard to avoid meeting our eyes, ignored our every words and did not engage in saying any other words. I felt so humiliated and felt like a fool when my husband and I were standing right in front of him trying to talk when he was pretending us to be nothing. Knowing I should not make an effort in trying to fight this person, I held in my frustration and told him we just want to make a payment. Even then he still did not meet our eyes. Instead he yelled TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS!." (This is a fake price that I made up for this review.) Not wanting stay longer

Brought my car in with a flat tire, the lady at the service counter thankfully was able to fit me in. All in all I was there for about an hour and a half. My tire was repaired, the service staff were friendly and engaging and the mechanic even had the courtesy to fill up my empty windshield washer fluid at no extra charge. All this at a very reasonable price. Thank you, I'll be back!

One of my favorite places to shop seasonally. Especially during Christmas time.Very friendly staff. Easy parking and situated in the center of the city. I normally check the website first and find out which aisle the item is available. Then it's very easy and efficient to shop.I love the deals from time to time. If you can shop earlier and when the deals available it always wins.Those offers you can find online or leaflets.Another service offer here is the garage. Never used it yet but can see as busy place all the time

This review is directly to Service Department. This shop saved me and spending so much money at another canadian tire that was closer to me in north moncton. But ill gladly drive farther to this store for Johanne and Everette. Corporate office has also reimbursed me for the wrong doing of the other store and I'm very impressed will definitely be continuing with this place! They also communicate whats happening if ur waiting which is also a plus

I wanted to update a review I had posted a couple of weeks ago regarding the Canadian Tire Auto Centre in Dieppe.We were contacted directly by the Manager regarding our comment about being charged extra for wheel balancing on brand new tires we purchased. There was a defect in the valve and we were frustrated that they charged us to have to fix/rebalance the tires.The manager and her staff went out of their way to help us out and refund the money as well as apologizing for any inconvenience. We were very impressed they took the time to make sure things got resolved quickly and were overall very impressed by their actions.

0 stars for the auto service. Would not recommend anyone take their car here even for a tire change. After 2.5 hours wait we reached out and they had forgot to update us our car was ready. Purchased new Michelin tires but the tires that were installed were very dirty and we were only given 2 tire valve caps.

Went for a hose for my washer and they promptly direct me where to go everything was pretty easy to find once I had to help, that wasn't hard to find either they seem to have more people employed than any other department store I've been in recently moreover they actually know what they're talking about.

Staff needs training!!!Tried to return an item (unused, box not even opened) 16 days after purchase as it went on sale. I was told the policy on price protection is 14 days…so I point out that the return policy is 90 days so I could simply return it and buy it again. The staff could not understand that concept and would not help.So I returned it and bought the item at Walmart as they were only too happy to help.Canadian Tire Dieppe…poorest service I have seen in a long time.

I bought a couple game cameras and one quite working so I bought one more and it quit , but it's only 2 months old and I have recept , but I don't receipt for the first 2 that were a set. All exactly the same camera. I'd like to be giving 2 fir the 3 I bought

Travelling back to Ontario and my ford 150 started to misfire. The staff especially the service manger were excellent. All I can say is sorry for not getting names but I greatly appreciate getting me back on my way.
