The food was good but the service was really bad. We went on a Tuesday for lunch and the place was not pack. We ordered and once we got our food the waitress never came back. There was no refill for our drink. She did not clean our table either (take out the empty plates). We were there at least for an hour ans a half. We wanted to get dessert but since the waitress did not come at our table we just called someone else for the bill and just left. The worse part is we were really close to the kitchen but she never lookes at us. She was serving every one except us.It was my first time at a Swiss Chalet don't think that I am going back anytime soon.

Terrible. Terrible terrible. The lady that originally took my order , says they are out of stock on chicken wings. Then hangs up on me . Then I finally place my order and confirmed , 20 wings ,all flats. I get my order , 2 flats , under cooked , ribs were disgusting and no sauce for sweet potatoes fries as requested. Never again getting swiss chalet

First dine in experience today, after five long months. I couldn’t have asked for better service from our server, Amanda. She was kind and thoughtful. We didn’t need to ask for anything, including drink refills. Food was excellent. Service excellent. The restaurant was well prepared to manage the new normal global pandemic conditions we are all trying to navigate.

I don’t rate restaurants low typically because I understand how stressful it can be. However this was ridiculous. I placed my order online at 6:45 and said to come in at 7:05 for pickup, great. I get there and pay and waited 50 minutes for my order. Minimum of 20 other customers had come and gone, all of which their orders took forever, or were wrong. My food was sitting in their bags behind cash for over 30 minutes.No apologies or any sort of care, their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Food was cold,soggy, and wet. Save your money and take it elsewhere.Truly frustrating, and what makes it worse is the order was sitting there and minimum of 4 employees working couldn’t even check the name to see if it was mine.Will not be returning to this mis-managed restaurant. Save yourself a trip and go to a different establishment or location.

The first time I ordered from this Swiss chalet in 2020 it was good, tasty. Since that first time it’s gone downhill every time. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, couple of weeks ago my boyfriend waited for 25 minutes for their “system to reboot” so he can pay. We didn’t even end up getting our food after the 25 minutes because they were going to make us take the cold soggy food that had been sitting there for 30 minutes. And then we ordered delivery last night and our food was horrible. Our fries were so hard as if they were cooked and left out, got cold and refried to give to us. AND OUR CHALET SAUCE WAS THICK AND LUMPY!!! How disappointing! We did not enjoy our food at all and will not be ordering for Swiss chalet again.. at least not this one.

Not a good experience at all. Came in last night being Sat around 8:30 pm. Ordered a three course special, a half chicken dinner and a cup of tea. Service was slow. The food come and the fries were stone cold, sent them back and waited for a long while for new ones. While waiting I’m eating the chicken and it’s cold and very dry. It also had grill marks on it. So what they apparently do before they close the restaurant is to take chicken out of the rotisserie so they can clean it and have the chicken stored in something. When ordered they grill the chicken caused it to be extremely dry. The bun wasn’t hot, the dipping sauce was like warm and there was no offer of refills for the glasses of water which were low or more hot water for the tea. We were then overcharged and had to drive back Sunday to get my money back. I had tipped 15% because I’m not an ass and wanted that back but the manager said he could not do that. I will now think twice about tipping and will be more assertive when the food is subpar. The manager on Sunday was the closing manager Saturday night so he is definitely part of the issue at this location.Would not return again as that’s not the Swiss Chalet I am very familiar with. Worst visit in decades of going to Swiss Chalet.If your dining at night be aware of their closing practices.

The food is your usual consistent Swiss Chalet...great fries and sauce, average chicken, fairly good ribs. The service is average. They take your order and bring the food in a timely manner. They rarely check on you after that so if you have any problems or need a drink refill, you usually have to wave someone over. No complaints here as I always know what to expect.

Only been here once and that was a few months ago, Service was OK and they tried, food was OK. I guess that's why I am rating this as just OK. I think it could have been better based on other stores.
