This Beauty Boutique carries great brands. The store appears to be undergoing a bit of an update next to the BB (which impacts the drugstore cosmetics aisle). I was in and out of the boutique 3 times over my visit and each time the staff of one (on a Sunday afternoon) was occupied helping other customers. She never offered me help nor was she friendly when I paid for my purchase. A good experience based on the product selection, but not for the service

It was ok, except they were sold out of a lot of products that I needed I was very disappointed!!! If u sell out please restock the shelf with the items so it always available for sale !!!! Staff was great !! But im givingv3 stars because the store was bare !!! EMPTY ON A LOT OF PRODUCTS !!!!

I was in this shopper's drugmart when they called the cops on me. Accusing me of stealing. This is ridiculous!!!!If you don't want black people in your stores please put a sign out front.This will prevent us from having any misunderstanding in the future.

U guess they are renovating the location but there is no sign that tells you all the aisle are pushed in so close together that only one person can fit at a timeSecond when I asked the two beauty representatives to help me with an item the basically guessed the aisle and sent me on my way thanks for nothingThird the receipt from the automatic pay machine came out blankSo there goes my refund if I had toSo conclusion good luck with my guess of Reno's cause I won't be coming back to your location
