The lady that took my order barely spoke English, messed up my order, I paid for something I didn't order, instead of refunding me, the manager want me to take a free coffee???? My own money and they wouldn't refund me! I will not be a customer here EVER AGAIN!

I’m surprised at all of the negative reviews for this location. I went there yesterday for the first time and waited in a very long line that moved relatively quickly. The staff were friendly and efficient and gave me exactly what I ordered (bagel breakfast meal with orange juice). The lady even included ketchup in my bag before I asked. I think they’re doing a great job considering how crazy busy they are.

Bad experience.chicken wrap with no chicken. And staff doesnt know the how to wrap.hire someone who atleast know the difference beetween butter and cream cheese.

Located inside the Royal Alex's cafeteria, it's one of the first places to open in the morning (usually 06:30) which is nice, especially if you happened to be spending the night in emergency with your spouse.Anyways, they have a reasonable selection of items from the usual Tim Hortons lineup, including freshly brewed niiiice and hot coffee, delicious breakfast sandwiches and wonderful lunch and supper items.Staff are friendly, courteous, and best of all quick at getting through the large rushes this location can get, especially that first forty five minutes or so after they open.Food is freshly baked and made, to the same standards as any other Tim Hortons location.

Can't be a customer here, at the Royal Alex' location, if you aren't visiting a patient. They should make this public! In more than one way... you just lost a customer.

This Tim Hortons is in the cafeteria at Royal Alex hospital. It has the typical Tim’s menu (which is pretty darn good), and enough staff on hand to keep customers moving. I was there at lunch time and the crowds were building but they were serving very quickly. There are strict pandemic limits on where to sit and a maximum of two per table, but most customers were hospital staff who took their orders away. All in all everything was fine. I would have given five stars, but the gentleman who took my order did not know the menu and had to look at the board to see what I was ordering. Must have been his first day on the job.

Workers stand around talking. No one takes orders. If you're lucky they will go through 1 order for a coffee in 4 minutes

There will be 6 employees behind the counter, but always takes forever to get a coffee. Also look at this picture of my bagel. Who would ever want this much cream cheese?

not a very friendly place, staff are very very slow for the amount of people working the line moved like a turtle. This Tim Hortons refuses to be part of the reward program therefore taking advantage of the fact that the only reason you are there is you have family or friends ill and in the hospital I will stop at a drive thru Tim Horton's before heading to the hospital. Don't support this Tim's
