We were so fortunate to have Sharon Jung answer the phone the day we needed help leasing a container. She walked us through every step and even followed-up with additional information and thoughts on what services would be best for our needs. When we needed advice a few months later, we only needed one phone call and she had everything in place to help us make the changes. No need to call different departments. I'd highly recommend working with her.

I have used Sigma Containers several times now for (retail) renovating projects, when I required temporary additional space. I have had the pleasure of working with Christine Lee on multiple occasions, who is not only professional, but very responsive to all of your questions and/or requests. Whenever I call, I get a container within a few days, not weeks or months. There are many container companies out there, but many are not customer-focused like Sigma is! If you want a seamless and hassle-free experience, Sigma is the ONLY way to go!

Amazing customer service!!!! We had called four or five different companies and there were very little bins or pods available for storage on our driveway but when I called and spoke with Christine at Sigma she was able to arrange a storage container within 3 days for us.When the been arrived the drivers were courteous and did a great job unloading but they had let us know that a skunk had sprayed the flatbed of their truck and once they left the container had left a very bad odor in our entire neighborhood. After a couple hours the smell had not gone away, so we called Christine and she was able to arrange for a new bin to come out all the way from Mississauga to Ancaster and no additional cost for us.Christine saved the day, thank you so much Christine you guys are awesome!!!!!!

We received two containers from Sigma. The first one, a forty foot was perfect. The driver was very professional and was very careful to not put ruts in our lawn. The second, a twenty foot had a terrible odor. I contacted the office the next day and they were very helpful. They sent another container and swapped them out within a couple of days. Both times the drivers were awesome! My invoices have been accurate and I would most definitely recommend Sigma Containers for your storage needs!

A friend of mine recently moved several hours north of us and needed help with the move and rental of the container. Sharon Jung patiently walked me through the steps so I could help him with the paperwork, computer work, loading of the container, and explanation of each cost breakdown. She spoke several times with my friend as well, which he appreciated. I recommend her highly for her customer service and especially her patience.
