Kathy as been fantastic with helping my daughter over the last 2.5 years. My daughter wouldn't have made such amazing progress without her. My younger son who has a hearing loss also sees Kathy and she is excellent with him as well.

My 6 year old daughter worked with Kathy. She has improved so much on her speech! Kathy is so engaging with our daughter, and has great communication with parents! We had amazing results quickly after seeing Kathy!

We’ve been taking our son to Simon Says speech for just over a year. We were suggested to look into the clinic by someone in the healthcare felid, we spoke to Kathy over the phone who matched us with Tara. Tara has changed our son in so many wonderful ways. He went from a frustrated kinder to a confident grade one who now participates in class discussions. Not only is Tara a wonderful speech therapist she also is a great support to us, giving advice to help properly advocate for our son. Every staff member we’ve met so far has been kind, pleasant and upbeat. My son enjoys visiting them so much I don’t think he realizes it’s therapy, he just knows it’s going to be fun. We will be clients of theirs for as long as our child is needing them.

My son has been receiving services from the team at Simon Say’s Speech for 4 years. It’s been so great. Kathy has been fantastic finding a good fit and the SLPs have all been dedicated and educated professionals in their field.

Unfortunately I have to say I was quite disappointed with the service I received here. I had three Speech/Language sessions with a therapist where she only engaged my son in play for a total of 5 minutes each session, the rest of the time being spent on exercises we could do at home (simply repeating information provided in previous sessions that I already knew and has implemented). The sessions ended early each time - ie before the 45 minute timeframe allotted.There are much better and more committed therapists out there. I found the individual we spent time with here to be lazy and disinterested in helping my son with his speech delay.
