My son Lucas and I joined mid-Septemeber. My wife Melanie saw how much fun we were having and joined a few weeks later.Flexible class schedule and great variety of workouts. Awesome coaches. The atmosphere with the other people working out is fun and challenging.I'm terrible at staying motivated to go to the gym but here we are almost 3 months later and I've been consistent 3 times a week. They must be doing something right!Looking forward to keeping this going.

I drop in when I am in town and this gym is very professional, great coaches, welcoming crossfitters. Cole and Jesse always make sure everyone knows what they are doing and motivate you during workouts. I will be back next time I am in Port.

Last weekend I did my FIRST CROSSFIT CLASS EVER at Saugeen Shores. I was hesitant heading into it but as soon as I arrived I immediately felt at home. The instructor and other members were soooo warm and welcoming. They were inviting and helped me along the way. My boyfriend goes to this gym often and loves it. The community is tight knit, the workouts are challenging and the facility is really impressive for the space that they have. As a cottager who is only up on weekends and wants to get my sweat in while at the Lake, I will most definitely be back. Thanks for a great first experience!

Saugeen Shores Fitness has excellent coaches and a great new facility, plus recently added more classes. They adjusted very well to Covid 19 by offering classes on zoom, then outdoors when it was permitted. Highly recommend

Saugeen Shores Fitness is essential to my mental & physical well being.Jesse Topp is friendly & supportive & always emphasizes quality movements. Sara Topp ‘s approach to nutrition has been invaluable in my own approach to food & nutrition. And Catherine Thomas is so easy to like & she’s a fantastic CrossFit coach too!The combined knowledge & comradery among coaches & members will keeping me coming back for years to come!

I’ve been going here for over a year now and I love it! The owners and staff are amazing - supportive, encouraging, and inspiring... they care. Always driving you to reach your full potential, and achieve whatever your goals may be. The members are welcoming and humble, but challenging - we’re there to sweat and train together.I have a slipped vertebrae and moderate stenosis. Weight training and CrossFit style workouts have really helped strengthen my core and decrease/eliminate my symptoms.Everything can be scaled - if you think you’re too heavy, or too old, etc. You’re not... just try it. I’m glad I did. ☺️
