CIBC Branch with ATM

Several front staff are energetic and fastTerrific.Others seem rather slow. My bank for decades, this branch seems behind the times in staffing and supervision uncertain of Goals, direction, and communications.E.g.the company urged clients to arrange home and auto insurance and withdrew from that arrangement a few months later, after terrible incorrect paperwork flooded my mail box and sent 7 special delivery notes on 45 minutes one afternoon that required a dozen calls to straighten out. In and out is a kid's game no one likes to.plsy. My research supported dropping that company. It was far now average I'm client support. Joe did my miss what took 4 minutes to finf? online?I was disappointed and left that company after being told CIBC was no longer working with the group. No huge bank should research skimpily. Period.Banking is changing rapidly, of course,but changes can occur painlessly. I hope so. The Personal Insuranve, Costco MasterCard months of problems, and the uneven andv changes in staffing have made me wary about the future. Personal banking with CIBC holds for us.CIBCC needs to make the company and certain branches efficient, attractive, and competitive. This bank is an absolutely joke not only are they uneducated and trained and a bunch of bullies. Their manager leads by example obviously hands down the worst financial institution I have ever had to deal with nothing but games surrounding around we go says a lot when their management team is being sued multiple times by multiple other people for their product services my advice is go somewhere else.

Drive through deposit is broken. Ate 20$ I have called 5 times today and left 3 voicemails with no return call over 6 hours. Not sure if I should close my account or go to a different branch.

The customer service was incredible considering the massive decline in the quality of customer service nowadays. The lady I spoke with spoke clearly and slowly and I was able to understand every word she spoke and she had an accent. She handle my concerns immediately without any issues or surprise policy clauses that I was unaware of. All in all I had a excellent experience dealing with a complex situation and it was done without causing me any stress once do ever.

Usually good service, but said close at 7 pm, I got here 6:30, closed already!

Have been with CIBC for a long time,Most of the employees, staff, managersthat I have met at the branch, have retired.Have been served professionally over the years, (of course, sometimes there are trainees) overall , i would rate their service to five stars. If you planning to visit CIBC go on your day off as there is only one person to serve everyone PLUS with attitude! Kudos to this branch for wasting their money on such people and MAINLY MANAGEMENT!!! Never going there again you guys sucks…..
