Very unpleasant experience stopping in on my second visit, for watch repair. First time months ago was of no incidence. This time I was charged full battery purchase & insertion for a small inexpensive link watch that I requested 2 links removed from. I bought a battery for another watch at same time, but wasn't told I'd be charged same price for links. I didn't even need to pay for that if went back to store where purchased. I went ahead & paid, but tried to ask why same price when there is no product purchased or repair, genuinely thinking it was a mistake, very politely. Person (who I think is owner) just looked at me, walked away, proceeded to apologize to another customer (for my presence I suppose) & acted as if they were doing me a favor taking my business. The 2nd customer was obviously uncomfortable being part of this rude treatment so didnt even talk to the lady. I left saying, 'I'm sorry too, that you didn't tell me your price in advance.' Most arrogant rude treatment I'd ever had, made me feel it was racially oriented, though I never expected to even think that. Much regret giving my business to proprietors with so little respect for their own customers.

Went to VT Jewelers as my wedding ring had lost a prong on the center store. I dropped it off on a Saturday and immediately was called on Monday with a report. Hannah told me all of prongs we're pretty worn and needed to be replaced and she wanted to re -do some of the setting with rhodium on the ring.. Her quote was super reasonable. My husband picked it up for me and when I saw it I was dumbfounded at how beautiful it was. She made my ring look brand new and amazingly sparkly. I would trust her with all my jewelry. What a find in our neighborhood!! Thank you Hannah!!

They repaired the chain on my necklace very quickly and were extremely kind. I will definitely go to them again for jewelry repair.

Needed some work on my Burberry watch. New Crystal, battery, watch band and the internals just needed cleaning. Hanna seemed very knowledgeable and explained the process and cost. An example is that my battery replacement would cost $5 more because my watch is waterproof, which in turn meant that it needed a new seal and be pressurized. All of these repairs for what I would consider a reasonable price. Would recommend for your jewelry repairs

V.T. Jewelers really helped me out! I have a custom wedding ring from a store that closed a few years ago and a few diamonds fell out. V.T. Jewelers not only matched the diamonds but they placed the tiny diamonds perfectly into the ring and it looks like new! I was also really impressed at how quick the turn around time was. She really put my mind at ease when I left my custom ring with her.

Melissa spent over an hour consulting various projects I might want to have done. I decided to have Hanna start a few while Melissa told me more about cost and options. I ended up proceeding with all repairs, at such a great value I bought a very unique ring they had for sale! what to repair, and I ended up Having Melissa, Hannah and the team do everything fast, with a smile, honesty, and at a great value! I can’t say Melissa, Anna, and the team enough! They took great care of very sentimental family pieces, and I will certainly go to VT the next time I need or want anything quoted, fixed, and/or new! Thank you ladies, I’ve already received many compliments on my ring!

Amazing experience! Very friendly, kind & helpful. I brought in my gold necklace to have the clasp repaired and within 20 minutes the job was completed with quality of work that surpassed my very high expectations. Then there was the cost.... REMARKABLY FAIR!!!!! I was very satisfied with the fair cost of service and materials while being provided with flexible payment options accepting all major credit cards. With a nice atmosphere and relaxing music, the 20 minute wait felt like only 10 minutes; the clerk was even able to satisfy the needs of other customers who entered the store, all clearly satisfied and based on their conversations they were repeat customers as a result of phenomenal service. Wonderful little shop! Warm, friendly service. The clasp bent on my gold bracelet; they fixed it on the spot at no charge. Will definitely return!
