This is my favourite store. I've bought so much stuff here. I come so often that one of the employees pokes fun at me about it. He's my favorite! All workers are very knowledgeable about their products. I never have to feel shy asking about handcuff because they're all super chill. One complaint, things are expensive! The pride fans you can get at a Walmart for four bucks vs twenty here. Still, price aside, very intriguing store that I always pop in just to look around and vibe.

Came in to get some new jewellery for my industrial piercing. I didn't know how to pick the right fit, and Tamara was very helpful and patient with me. I will definitely be coming back for more jewellery here. Thanks for the positive experience!

just went here with some friends to get followed around by the store associate. she breathed on our necks while we looked at products and didn’t end up getting what we needed because she snapped at us calling us “sus” implying we were stealing. in a university town you would think they would be more appreciative of the students spending money there.

I love going to Spencer Gifts, it is a very, um... unusual store, to say the least. They have a wide variety of t-shirts, mugs, piercing jewelry, and other ordinary gifts; it is the unusual things that make this store unique.Their unusual items include, various black lights, lava lamps, interesting speakers, joke gifts, adult party items, and a large, adult, XXX, section.Any mall that has one of these stores, I always make sure to pop in and browse, if you are not offended by the joke, and adult items, I highly recommend you check it out.

There's one male employee here who everytime I go in, consistently follows me around the store and watches my every move. It's not just him glancing at everyone to ensure no one is stealing, everytime I turn a corner he is there peering at me. As a young woman in a store of this nature, it's incredibly uncomfortable. I boycotted this store for months because of this situation and just recently took the chance and went back, only to experience the exact same thing. It's quite unfortunate because I love buying my jewellery here but will likely not be back due to this one creepy employee.

Fun place. I'm in my fifties but still enjoy a lot of the youth culture items here. Good place for band tee shirts, fun mugs and other quirky gifts. Pricing is pretty good. In line with online pricing. Mug prices are better than most places I've seen. Great staff.

Great staff, always helpful and nice. Wide selection of items, you can find a gift for anyone here from kids to adults, there's something for everyone. Very professional as well as informative when it comes to questions about adult products from their store. Just don't bring your children in here, there are adult products at the back of the shop.

This location is awesome! Very friendly and helpful staff. I was here Sunday Christmas shopping and right after I left the store, a child ran into me and broke the mug I had just bought. The staff replaced the mug for free! Wish I knew their names to comment. Def recommend visiting here

I went to buy a Christmas vest from a rack that said 25 percent off ugly Christmas apparel. Paid for it and didn't get a discount. Manager said that the sign said 'some conditions apply.'. I went back to the sign and it said no such thing and when I pointed this out to the manager she said that she doesn't make the signs. She just puts them up. When I asked for the discount she refused. So I returned the item and will never go back.

Claustrophobic environment but no where else to go for certain items. I went looking for jewelry in their cases and was passed by 3 employees before being helped, even then I had to wait for a manager with a key to get what I wanted. Disappointed but not surprised by this location.
