Zero Latency BC

Had an absolute blast. VR experience like nothing I’ve experienced before. We were in 1500 sq ft and could move around with ease. Three of us sharing the same adventure - we fought off a zombie horde! You can have up to a group of eight. Wireless headset and gun. Too much fun!

Super fun experience highly recommend 10 out of 10! We played Far Cry and plan to come back to try the other games. Easy to book online. You wear a headset and carry a gun. The gun is heavy but that makes the experience more realistic as I assume guns are heavy haha.

We booked this place not knowing it's the same company we went to in Vegas a few years ago. We played Far Cry and that was amazing to play. We were so immersed in the game and I was in awe with the graphics. Game Masters were really friendly and provided clear instructions. Definitely going back the next time we're in Vancouver again! Thank you for such a fun experience!They also offer to help take videos of you playing in real life. I have to say I'm really impressed with how good the videos look! Really happy we have the videos for memories :)

First time here! 4 of us came for a birthday game. Tony was an amazing host, we received great customer service!Tony explained the game choices and options; very thorough with explaining how to use the VR setup and what to do and not to do.Kept it simple for our entire group and was more than happy to take photos and videos while we were playing.Definitely will recommend and come back again!

Absolutely loved it. Very helpful instructors and gaming masters. Wonderful virtual gaming experience. Absolutely must visit gaming experience. I definately recommend coming here with friends and family. Special thanks to our gamemaster James and Sonic, the motivator.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for friends and we finally found the time to all get together . We chose to do singularity, there were a couple of us who had done vr before but most of the group were new to the experience. We had Liam as our host/vr guide and he did an exceptional job at hyping everyone up and keeping everyone on track and informed(it was a bit like herding cats with 8 friends together). His energy was infectious as he seemed just as excited for us to play the game as we were to be playing . He was brilliant at keeping everyone engaged and focused during the brief which seemed like an impossible feat in itself. In the past I have experienced a briefing full of information and rules which has resulted in going in to the game with a bit of anxiety. Liam armed the players who were nervous with tips and advice which resulted in a smooth game without pauses. Sending us in the game on such a positive, fun vibe made for such an enjoyable experience. Thanks Zero Latency Kingsgate Mall for an unforgettable experience and a special thanks to Liam for your infectious enthusiasm for the game!

What an absolutely fun experience! Even for us beginners we had an amazing time on our team building exercise at Zero Latency, and Rabiya was a great host!

VR = Very Rad!Especially so when it's the world's most advanced Free Roam Virtual Reality experience at the aptly named Zero Latency! Having only heard of VR till date and never having tried it, I was really excited to give this a shot with my Elite squad.Parking at Kingsgate Mall was a breeze, and Zero Latency was right at the entrance of the complex. Even though I was a bit late in joining, Game Master James and Carlin were very patient and kind, and quickly took me through the process and provided the relevant instructions. Fully geared up with a vest, 4k headset, gun and what not, I soon joined my crew of Black Ops specialists aboard a secret military space station ready to take on rogue drones and bots! Singularity, ahoy!For the next half an hour, our crew of eight was transported to a space station where we worked together to destroy the killer A. I. before it eliminated us. The graphics were amazing, the movements realistic and trippy, the feedback instantaneous when getting close to a teammate or a wall, and best was the fun in the team work, coordinating and joking with one another over the mic while we slayed our intergalactic foe! Oh yeah, mission accomplished! To say that the experience was immersive and cathartic (blasting evil to smithereens FTW!) would be an understatement. Not since my college days over a decade ago when I used to play soccer/ Quake3/ Counter Strike have I had so much fun in a team activity!I was left sweating profusely with a racing heart, a big smile and a desire for more action at the end of this intense workout! Hey, it's no joke to cover 200m on a claustrophobic spaceship when carrying a heavy gun and armor while wearing warm winter clothes under a spacesuit! *panting* Game Master James ensured a smooth transition of the team back to planet earth as he debriefed us while neatly stowing away our gear. Getting to see our team score on the screen was cool, as was receiving it in the email that we had entered when signing the waiver at the start of the event. The folks at Zero Latency clicked some really cool pictures and videos of our group as we fought our way through the sci-fi thriller, and after we survived the ordeal!Thank you to the Zero Latency team and my squad for this rejuvenating and thrilling experience that doubled as a fantastic birthday present for me. Can't wait to be back here to escape even if briefly from the real world into this alternate reality. For now, opening a can of chilled beer to cool off and celebrate the win!

Excellent experience as a team building event. The instructions and controls were clearly explained by amazing staff which made it easy for everyone regardless of skill level. The room was massive so we had no issues running and jumping around. The actual game was super fun and enjoyable. Loads of parking and they can lock your stuff away so you don't have to worry about breaking or losing anything. Overall, highly recommend for any type of group party, activity or team building event.

Absolutely one of the best experiences you can have. Compared to a similar place at Market Crossing, zero latency let’s you move around a big room with ease. Never once did I feel like I was going to get in another players way because what you see in the game is so true and accurate to what is really around you. You just don’t stand still and shoot, there’s a lot of moving around and even though I knew it wasn’t real, I couldn’t help but feel like I had to be very careful walking across a narrow bridge with no sides to it. The story was interesting and there are various scenes within the game and you walk to different locations. Also, the employees / service was top notch in their professionalism and how they explained everything. It’s just light years better than some of the competition. Now I just need to score better than last place with my friends.
