I've been using their Vertigopas product for a few years now. I have a vision issue where my visual pulsates and I have balance issues etc, so technically not vertigo, but I thought I would try this product anyways. It has changed my life quite a bit and has enabled me to regain some of my lifestyle back from prior to my medical issues. I've been through over 8 years of trying to get help from doctors with no luck, so when I found this and gave it a try I was extremely happy that something finally helped me gain a little bit of myself back. I highly recommend it for anyone experience visual issues, it is at least worth the try as I am sure there are others out there trying to find solutions with no luck.Beyond the actual product, their customer service is great. I had a delivery go missing and they quickly addressed my concerns and provided solutions. Overall, great product and great company.

Great products but horrible shipping practices. Took 2+ weeks to receive my order...and in the same province. Don't recommend ordering directly from them.

The company provides good product, but the company needs to coach on their customer service team on how to communicate with clients.

Good products generally, but Pascoe will not guarantee their products in any way, unlike most manufacturers. Pascoe will NOT give retailers credit if a customer returns an ineffective product, which is ironic because Pascoe sells directly to customers via Amazon, where you can return for ANY reason you like!Pascoe you are letting you profit margin detrimentally affect your customer service. I won't recommend you anymore. Very disappointing.Update.I did try calling your HQ. No-one was willing to help me due to your policies so your offer is a little late.Your policy is different for Amazon customers where you make more profit off your customers, cutting out the retailers that help educate your customers.Pascoe always guaranteed their products up until a couple of years ago when you changed ownership. High quality products that completely exceeded my expectations! I am so pleased to have discovered Pascoe and their customer service is also always on point. My favourite product is Pascoflair - it seriously revolutionized my sleeping schedule and makes me less anxious throughout the day. I tell all my friends and family about it as well! Can't wait to order more!

About four years ago, a medical doctor gave me a sample of Neurapas. No prescription antidepressant worked for me or I was too sensitive to the ingredients. Within three days of starting Neurapas, I started to feel normal again. Able to cope with some difficult circumstances in life. I haven't stopped taking them since.
