We spent 2 nights here and no real complaints. Staff was super friendly and nice, and it was a comfortable place to sleep at night. Very basic, nothing fancy, but the price was excellent for what we needed.The a/c worked very well, bed was comfortable, and the only downfall was the shower. The water would randomly go super cold for no apparent reason, then warm back up again. The shower head was twisty and sometimes would fall off the hook, however it wasn't enough that we won't stay there again.For someone either on a budget or who just wants a basic place to sleep for the night, this was perfect.We would stay again and would recommend it.

Extremely grateful to have got a room. I came down with the flu on my camping trip and was too sick to drive home so I got a room here. Room is clean. Nice AC. Older but that's OK. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Really grateful that I got a room here

I gave this 3 stars because I can't complain about the quality of the hotel at this price point. It's definitely an old building, but it's the cheapest place to stay in Drumheller. It's also located in a low-traffic area, so getting in and out is very convenient.Some areas that could improve:1. The entrance hallway leading to the stairs is extremely narrow. They can at least make it a little more appealing.2. Please put more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.3. My room smelled like nachos. Not that it's unpleasant. It just made me crave in the middle of the night.4. The heating equipment took forever to heat the room. I plugged it and left it for a couple hours. Is it a fire hazard to leave it on while I'm outside?5. The shower takes a long time to warm up. But that's ok. The shower area is a little weird though. It felt like I was using a very old and cold high-school shower room. Again, I can't complain much about it.6. There seemed to be no one at the reception most of the time when I needed to ask something. I checked-in on a weekend.7. The lady who processed my payment and gave me the key that time came off a little too strong, so I was hesitant to interact. I can't blame her because she probably deals with tavern patrons and trucker-mouthed people all the time. But not all people who book a room are like that. Sometimes there are professionals like us who just need a decent place to stay while visiting the beautiful spots around Drumheller. The world just wants a little more hospitality. That's all.8. I was stuck outside the hotel for almost an hour when I headed back after my short trip. I didn't know there was a special" way to turn the front door keyhole. I wish I knew at first. Oh well

Charming old miners type hotel, clean and quiet, with air condition but no elevator to the second floor. The cuisine of India restaurant has some dishes for western eaters, like wonderful breads or rice.

I stayed here three nights from Friday to Sunday. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Felt very welcoming upon arrival. Rooms were clean and had all the expected amenities including small fridge, microwave, TV, AC unit, and decent water pressure in the shower - although being on the second floor the water took a while to warm up occasionally.Rooms were $65 ($71 w/tax) and this was reflected in the size and age of the rooms. This is not the Ramada Inn but if you are OK with the price you will get what you pay for. I did find the walls a bit too thin (could hear conversations with my neighbor on Sunday night) and the karaoke session on Friday from 10-2 am required using earplugs. I'm not sure whether I'd stay here again or if I would pay $130 to stay in a larger room closer to the main highways. Overall the room was of the quality you would expect with such low prices. My rating reflects 4/5 for a hotel of this quality - not in relation to other hotels.

The service here is great, the rooms are okay. It's the best rate in Drumheller for a place to lay your head, but I stayed here for the first time last night to find bugs in both beds. Not bed bugs, but bugs. After bringing it up to front desk, they explained that the A/C unit has gaps which is how they probably got in, and the issue was not due to the cleanliness of the hotel. Either way, my partner and I ended up sleeping on top of the covers. Aside from what may have been a one-off, the cleanliness was meh, the main things were clean ish but the smaller details like the baseboards and corners were not cleaned. The service is great, the people who run the hotel are very helpful and accommodating. They saved the room for us past their close time because we called ahead, and handled the bug situation very gracefully. Would I stay here again in a pinch? Possibly. Would I check every part of the room before I settled in? Definitely. The price reflects the quality, and if you don't care about luxury and just need a roof over your head, this is the place for you.

Customer service was fantastic, very friendly folks who run the place, very accommodating aswell. However, the state of the hotel is unfortunately not the best. Showers seem to not provide very good water pressure, and it's either really hot or really cold water, the rooms smelled like burnt food/cooking, door in our bathroom didn't close properly, the rooms were also quite dirty. Probably won't stay here again. It's really only good if you're on a tight budget and don't want to pay $100+ for a room

It was nice there, had to figure out if you let the cold water run in the sink it makes the shower hot.It was comfy and quiet. Good place to stay for a night or two.
