My daughter purchased a Scout 3 from Amazon in March 2022. We instantly had sensor errors beeping. I called 4 other companies for help, they said No. On April 22nd I contacted Moose & spoke to Lisa who said they could fix this. I went in this Morning at 9am, they immediately went to work on our scooter. Dave the technician did all the troubleshooting & found the complete console, throttles, speed control & wiring harness needed to be replaced. He spent almost an hour on the phone with the supplier to get warranty for parts & in the end all of the parts replacements he got under warranty. If we had purchased from Moose Mobility, parts & labour would be done for free. With this I only paid for labour just over $230.00, otherwise it could have cost over $700.00. I am so pleased my wife’s scooter is working thanks to Moose Mobility.. Earl & Lori Cameron Sherwood Park AB……

We rented a knee walker for a friend who had come to visit. Great service (from Lisa) and detailed demonstrations of the walker's use and features. We were extremely happy with both the product and the service and would not hesitate to recommend MMSC to anyone looking for mobility assistance. Thanks guys! You were life savers!

Consigned a scooter that we had originally bought from them. The original cost of the scooter was somewhere around $4000 in 2016. The scooter had little use and had not been used for two years. Their consignment agreement has absolutely no stipulation on what will be the minimum amount that they will sell the scooter for. This used scooters they had in the old scooters for $2000 I told her I would not accept the price of less than $2000 and she agreed which I would receive 60% or $1200. Unfortunately I did not get that in writing. It was consign for 120 days. They said it was going to be advertised on website etc. never seen it listed once.Their consignment agreement states that it is for 120 days after which the consignee can withdraw or place the scooter back in for another 120 day agreement. The 120 days had come and gone with absolutely no contact from them asking if I would like to renew or remove the scooter. Well after 120 days have passed I had a direct deposit into my bank account for $795. So they basically sold my scooter without a contract to do so as that had ended. They on top of that had the nerve to charge me $105 for a cleaning fee and it was absolutely immaculate as I had detailed it for sale. Went down to resolve the issue with the woman who works here absolutely no use. Owner sent me an email saying I should be happy that it’s helping somebody else. Stay away.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Purchased a motorized wheelchair for one parent and rented a scooter for my MIL- really appreciate the professional service. Would highly recommend !

I was very happy with the service to begin with. I rented a scooter for the weekend and the lady was very friendly and explained everything very well. My problems began when I tried to get my deposit back. The scooter was returned on Monday as was the agreement. Tues I called because the refund had not shown in my account yet. She was very apologetic and said they had been very busy and it was at the top of her pile to do. Wed afternoon I called and left a message, still no refund! Nobody returned my call. I left a second message. Tomorrow is thurs and I still do not have my deposit back that was supposed to be returned to me on MONDAY! I am not a rich person and that is a lot of money to me. I will contact the BBB tomorrow

Awful service department. Brought in a scooter, had new batteries installed and a panel replaced. Cost me 400$. I picked it up, took it home, my mom took it for a test run, it got a block and died. Took it back to Moose Mobility, they said they tested the voltage and everything was good. Assured me they took it for a test run and everything's working. On top of it, they charged me a fee for inspecting it!Take it home, take it for another test run. Same result goes a block and died. there's obviously something wrong, its not the batteries. I'm not taking it in for a 3rd time. I'm just going to trash it. The worst company I've ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars i would.

These guys give absolutely phenomenal customer service. What a breath of fresh air to deal with, thanks Barry you were so helpful in my search of the right part for my Mother's scooter. Wish more places cared as much as you guys!

The walker I rented for one week for the needs I had while in Edmonton was perfect. Easy to pick up, and in good condition. What makes me give an 1 star review is that they charged me another $28.75 dollars to clean the walker. . NO where on the contract says that they will charge you $118.00 per hour if they need to clean the walker, or any equipment. There were only a few fingerprint smears on the front of the backrest. (in which my son pointed out, in which the employer didnt see himself) There is no way that the extra cost to clean the walker would be 15 minutes. Of course they would have to sanitize the walker on return, and that would be normal Health, and Safety practices that I would expect. This is why I gave 1 star only.

Amazing customer service. Jamie was More helpful than anybody at the facility that helps The government. If you know what I mean. Their price point was better. Customer service was better and the product work perfectly

Wonderful wonderful Had excellent Service great people. Very helpful. We are here visiting from Windsor Ontario and last nights are scooter stop charging. We have a flight out of Calgary tomorrow. The part would have taken 2 weeks to get but they worked thier magic and Borrowed from Peter and paid Paul And we are now on our way thank you thank you thank you.
