Depotium Mini Entrepôt - Vaudreuil-Dorion (Solde en cours)

I have recently dealt with the service staff at the Cité des Jeunes office. They were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would!

For anyone looking to store any of their belongings in a storage unit, BEWARE OF Mini-Depotium. What has happened to us has apparently happened to others. We stored our furniture/belongings in their storage unit for a month and a half in between moves, only to find large amount of water infiltration when the movers arrived to pick up our stuff. Immediately we noticed mattresses, dressers, rocking chair, table among other items had large amounts of mold. Not to mention being a little weary of all the other items that don’t have clear signs of mold but have been sitting in the water. Depotium regional manager instructed us to keep the items for them to come see, so we kept moldy furniture in our garage for a week and they never even bothered to come take a look at the damages.Depotium has said they are not responsible for this, they offered to negotiate but refused to pay the full amount of damages. This is disgusting for such a company to be so negligent and not fix the same problem that has happened to others at the Chicoine location in Vaudreuil. I purchased the Protection plan they offer that covers damages up to $5000, however they refused to cover the damages incurred by the water infiltration. We have yet to be able to move into our home, going on over 2 weeks now since we have had to find new beds and mattresses for the family. Completely unacceptable!!!This is a heads up for everyone so you don’t have to go through the same aggravation and expense as us. We are forced to take legal action because of their inaction.

I've just signed up for a storage rental which looks very clean and efficient. I can move my boxes right from my car. The gal signing me up was Darya who made my task very easy, as well she was friendly and answered any questions to my satisfaction.

Clean storage facility but lighting was poor at the back of the lot: BEWARE- you are charged ahead of time and you will not be refunded unless you advise ahead of time if you will not use the location for the full duration. You need to know exactly the time you will need the locker and THEY DO NOT REFUND for unused portions. They will point to your service agreement where you need to find the clause: This information should be IN BOLD, and included in the 'PAYMENT' clause at top of the agreement, not hidden in the terms and conditions.

I needed storage place urgently last September. They found something suitable for me right away close to my area. The unit was very clean and secure. I am very happy with the service. Depotium offered a great service, team was quite friendly and helpful. Stored my stuff there for 6 months while having our house built.

Very nice staff. Stored my stuff for 3 months, No issues with mice.They offered me the best price and then when I showed up the guy even offered me more rebates due to me expecting a child. Made everything clear and was super accommodating when I needed one more day to move my things out.Highly recommended, will use again.

I was there to inquire for long and short term rental. The service I have received like never before. The Manager quickly answered all my questions in a very friendly manners. Very clean facility. I would highly recomend.
