I sent my coffee machine from BC to Sam in Toronto. When it arrived I was notified immediately. After inspecting my machine Sam informed me that the cost to repair would not be worth it. The machine was too old and not in great shape. I admired his honesty and professionalism. My only complaint is that it would be great if we had someone like him in BC. Highly recommended.

Yes I did call but unfortunately I didn't get an answer from no one so I don't know what's going on I do have a Beverly that needs servicing I don't know where to take it so these people sell the machines and then they close the door and you're on your own if you need repairs or replacement of some part you have to fend for yourself and look for it and that's exactly what I'm trying to do so if anyone out there knows anything about this or has some info for me I would appreciate it very much because so far I cannot give them any better rating than I have because I had gotten nowhere trying to get a hold of them
