Mark's

This store has zero customer service. Workers hired here don’t know what they are selling. Zero knowledge of the products. Return policy is also zero within the time frame. I will never ever recommend anyone to go to this better to go other marks store in city. I am writing this review with not one time experience. Its four time experience in this store.

Excellent service! Someone usually greets/acknowledges you once you enter but don’t follow you around, just available when needed, and eager to help! I always find high quality clothing. Just watch for their sales, full price is a bit high at times. I like how they back up their products, and excellent return policy.

Found our exchange process to be very well handled.Got what we needed.Only one way in and out of the store.Using the same entrance for both in and out.Good selection of products.Bought my winter red vest there. Very happy with my purchase.

They have good products but couldn’t get me a receipt a few minutes later even though I gave them my email

I've been trying to buy a pair of jeans slim/straight fit. I like the Denver Hayes as designer don't fit, too tight. Mark's doesn't have jeans for me that actually look good on me and not baggy. I've tried other Mark's stores and no go. They do have a large selection and I'm impressed with their sales and selection. But not jeans

Very good place, i found the best snow jacket at very discounted price as compared to other shops. Even, i loved their customer service.

Very underwhelming pickup experience. I wasn’t all that annoyed by the wait, which was 20 days. When I ordered from one of your other locations, where they had to wait for items to be delivered it took about 10 days. The worst part was the customer experience upon arrival. I parked in a designated pick up spot. Called the store 8 min before they opened, just to see if someone would bring out my items, I was surprised, someone answered! But then told me to call back in 8 minutes. Fine but why answer? So I did, I called back right at 10, no answer, I called again, nothing, again, nothing. So I went in, which is not what I wanted hence choosing curbside pickup. I had my infant son with me and did not feel comfortable at all. When entering the store I was able to see 2 staff members, and many customers waiting. I know this store had more people working as I Witnessed at least 5 staff go in at 3 minutes to open. This store was poorly managed today, very poorly. This coming from a customer service supervisor.

Tall guy helping customers find shoes at around 3:45 pm today solicited a 15 year old girl for her number and turned red when he was called out
