Tower Manor Cottages and Campsites

First time staying at tower manor and it was a blast! Very small campground so everything was close to our cottage the pool the store the lake amazing view of the lake from our cottage short drive into town clean cabins employees are super nice! And never bugged us and we went as a large group so we were a little loud will definitely be going back next year!

Stayed at tower manor for a week in our trailer. Campsite was on the water and lots of room. Quiet camp and the owners are friendly. Had a dock for boat fishing was ok. Lake is weedy but had a feed of pickerel. Enjoyed our stay and going back in fall

Cottages are really dated. No vents over the gas stove, single pane windows as examples. Owners are prompt to grab garbage and recycling in the morning. They have very limited office hours (3 pm to 5pm) and Do not awnser after hours. Pool was decent, boats rental was good. If your looking for a great place on the lake and are very independent then you will enjoy. If you're looking prompt, personal service then look elsewhere.

My husband and I have just returned from a week away at Tower Manor Lodge - BEST VACATION EVER!!!! The park is very clean and quiet, Gail and her family were very kind and welcoming, and the cottage was well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - all cottages have air conditioning, WIFI, satellite T.V., and a BBQ all included in the cost of the rental, how great is that! We took our own boat and Gail made sure we had the perfect dock spot for the size of our boat - the fish hut was always clean. Everybody at the park was very nice and always willing to lend a helping hand if needed.We loved it so much, that we have already called and reserved another cottage for an upcoming week!

We had an amazing time there, the view was spectacular, the pool was great to have there on a hot day. It was a very peaceful place to be to get away from the crazy busy lifestyle we lead, to forget about the stress. I'm so glad we found this place. It was a piece of heaven. I will be going there all the time now. I recommend it very highly to everyone I know.The owner Gail (an amazing woman) and family were so receptive and so friendly...We never had any issues while there . The place was extremely clean also when we got there. I will definitely return next year...Tom & Diane

Spent a week here (Aug 21 - 28, 2021) and absolutely loved every minute of it. Park is very clean and beautifully kept. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Everyone is friendly and it was a very relaxing vacation. Chris and I will be back next year for sure. Thanks for everything Gail and family.

This place used to be amazing! Been coming up since I was a teenager. Lots of pros but some ugly cons that are just a turn off to use. They used to take such nice care of the shoreline and clean the cottages. Now it all caked in seaweed, smells horrible, and you can’t even go in the water if you wanted to (which was always the thing I looked forward to the most). The cottages aren’t thoroughly cleaned, there was a pile of about 30+ dead fish flies in the eye-level bathroom mirror lamp this year; looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a couple years. There’s a bunch of Canadian Geese that walk the grounds, which is natural… not their fault at all, but it would be nice if they’d clean the docks that are affected instead of simply leaving the feces completely covering them. A couple of the docks are so covered that you can’t walk on the dock at all. The launch needs repair for sure—wrong move and you could get stuck. They advertise a playground and slide but that’s no longer there; it’s been removed. They also advertise heated pool but they never turn the heat on. The cottages themselves are nice sizes, and have beautiful views. Lots of dock space for boats. Fish hut is always nice and clean. They’re fantastic about garbage pick-up. Overall it’s a decent place to visit, but I wish it was the 5-star it was in 2009. I think this will be our last year visiting

Descent campground for a night or two. Fair boat rental rates. Pool needs some work and was quite dirty during our stay. We booked a specific site by the water which was taken when we checked in. Needless to say we weren't impressed by this. Listed as having a rec hall and playground in the ontario camping book but this is false. No playground and the rec hall" has a pool table. Nothing for kids to do if it's raining. No beach offered. The staff is very nice and helpful. I wouldn't suggest for a family get away with kids but someone looking to fish and relax it's a good spot. Quiet and friendly."

Just returned from an incredible week with my family. We rented 2 cottages and pontoon boat. We had 12 people in total. The cottages were clean, well stocked and it great order. It was a hot week and one of the air conditioners stopped working and Warren was there and quickly got it back up and running. Warren and Gail are so friendly and responsive. They truly care and go out of their way to make sure you have a great time.The 3 kids loved the pool, the pontoon boat, the kayaks and the canoe. They spent their days chasing bugs and eating more s'mores than I though humanly possible.We caught some great walleye and bass and the fish cleaning hut was always clean and ready for use.This is our second year coming to Tower Manor and we will definitely be returning.

Stayed June 2018. Rented both a place to stay and a boat. Accommodations were nice and included a deck and grassy lawn. 14' Legend boat and 15 hp motor, in great working order. We used the heated pool, which included lounge chairs and umbrellas, it was very nice. Owners were not only helpful, but friendly as well. Saw many people catching fish right off their docks. Fish cleaning station was clean also.
