The best clinic ever

i love dr vowinkel. but the clinic is so poorly run that it doesn’t matter. no one ever ever ever answers the phone. i left a message three days in a row and no one called me back. they tell me they’re short staffed— well hire more staff! it’s incredible that ppl think of canada as a place with great health care. i feel completely without medical support. not at all lucky for free healthcare. it’s free and non existent.

love this clinic because my doctor, dr Vowinckel, is just amazing. It's a very clean facility with friendly and experienced staff. very helpful.

I never had such unprofessional experience with a Dr. before such as here. But first, you have to be rich enough to pay for everything you will need.You need to pay for letters when you get sick, pay for the medical information you have before they email you. You have to pay for everything when usually its all included or covered.Secondly, the check up will be waiting for an hour or so, then Dr. Ghossi will check you for 5 mins not throughly then you'll be dismissed. But note you have to ask before you even know you're dismissed because that Dr. don't tell you if you have so if you notice yourself waiting for more than 10 mins go front desk and ask. Had 3 appointments all are bad experiences. I did my best to understand, and analyze as I could. But never got the minimal help I needed. There's more to it, but I don't know the other Dr.s hopefully they are better.Please find another better clinic or physician other than this, I wouldn't recommend it.

Clinic is very clean and organized. Highly recommend for urgent walk-in matters or looking for a family doctor. Very polite staff and the doctor was very knowledgeable

They didn’t provide my health card number to life labs, so after some months I received an invoice and I had to pay for the blood testing because it was too long already. Never coming back.
