I had an appt with Samantha for our home selections, it was supposed to be a 3-hr long appt but it was a breeze because she was so helpful and knowledgeable! She was able to give me some great advice and was very affirming of my choices which I needed as I went by myself. She was extremely hospitable and patient and their standard selections were amazing! Would highly recommend for sure!

Lindsay was great. My condo was flooded due to a broken pipe. Condo board hired a contractor who said I could upgrade the flooring. I talked to Lindsay, she made some suggestions, got me samples, made everything simple for me during what turned out to be a stressful time. The contractor turned out to be that one that gives all contractors a bad name, he made life hard for her at every turn. She took it in stride, worked with me and got the flooring taken care of. I couldn't be happier with the flooring or the service!

I had an appointment with Samantha for my basement selections. She was pleasant, thorough and supportive. I knew exactly what I wanted (consistency with the rest of my home) and Sam was able to quickly pull the materials to match. Where there was new/different options, we talked through them together and she helped make the decisions easier. Very knowledgeable and recommend her as a Consultant.

Calgary LocationWe had Divine recently redo our basement from very outdated carpet and linoleum to laminate and they've done an incredible job- totally changed the space.Being an old house (1953), the basement concrete was incredibly unlevel and required substantial alterations before the flooring could be installed.Brady MacDonald and Josh Burns were leading this project and ensured that everything was up to spec and completed on time. Brady was consistently checking in on the project to make sure everything was on track. They even worked around our vacation and made sure our project was a priority. We came back to our project being %100 finished and CLEAN.If you're looking for some top notch folks that are personable, attentive, and total experts at their craft- these are your people.

Divine Flooring has a beautiful showroom with lots of flooring and tile options for us to choose from. We worked with Samantha for our appointment and she made the process easy and seamless. She was always open to pricing different options for us, never made us feel rushed and was very knowledgeable about the products offered. We made a couple of changes to our selections the next day and Samantha was very accommodating. Thank you!

Rarely does a company exceed ones expectations. From the minute we walked into the showroom and met Kevin until the product was installed and cleanup complete we were floored" every step of the way. After replacing the original floor in our 58 year old home with professionally installed "last a lifetime" laminate 3 times in 18 years I was told by a friend to try vinyl and use Divine. I was skeptical...dogs

If I could give 0 stars I would. It has been a year and a half since we had our UV-lacquered oak floors installed and less than 5 months after the floors were installed they started to stain. They are throughout our main floor, including our kitchen, and if anything remotely oily lands on the floor it absorbs into the floor and creates a PERMANENT stain. We approached Divine with our concerns and we were told it’s normal; both Scott and Daryl dismissed our concerns. Eventually, they said they would replace ten boards and do a coating of Aqua Shield to “add to the durability and finish” of these floors, which are less than two-years old. However, we did a test with this product and it made no noticeable difference to the staining that is occurring.The floors are now so stained in the kitchen that the unstained boards are fewer than the stained ones and so the offer of replacing ten boards is ridiculous and Divine is otherwise unwilling to work with us to resolve this issue. I have reached out to several other flooring manufacturers and have been assured that this is NOT normal for a supposed UV-Lacquer finish. There is supposed to be a 25-year finish guarantee on this product that is clearly not performing to basic industry standards.As a residential Interior Designer, I have specified flooring of this style from other manufacturers to many of my clients and have never before encountered this issue. I will never recommend Divine's products to any of my clients or anyone else.

I purchased a new home that had flooring installed by this company. Absolutely do not recommend. There have been installation flaws with both the vinyl flooring and the carpet. The customer service at this company is absolutely horrendous. I've been trying for months to get these flaws fixed and they have been extremely difficult to work with. Terrible communication. Several unanswered emails. I now have to schedule a third appointment just for the vinyl flooring to be fixed because the first time, they sent a technician without the proper supplies. The second time the technician was not scheduled for enough time to complete the job and complained about the work and the commute the entire time. Do not use this business for your flooring needs, and if your builder wants to use them, see if there are other options. This has just been an awful experience.
