Stokes

The stuff they have all is great like usual but the staff terrible. Always behind the counter and i wonder if they notice anyone comes in. I felt ignored like i was disturbing. No service whatsoever. It's a shame. One of the sales person had a huge coffee stain on her sweater pretty un appetizing. I'm surprised that stokes would hire such a person. I understand there is an employee shortage but it would be better to be closed.

The manager Karine has poor customer service I called and asked for a particular item, she provided a response and once we arrived to the store, she claims she made a mistake.Absolutely ridiculous.

We asked to confirm on computer if the price is really 50 percent off, the cashier asked back What? You don't know how to calculate what is half of 10 dollars?"She intensively insults the customers. She is very rude! We definitely will not go back to the store!!!!!"

Wide variety and convenient price

I bought a popcorn machine, it was as loud as my air conditioner and half the kernels came out of the machine without popping. It only makes a tiny amount of popcorn at a time. I tried returning it as stokes claims they accept all refunds as they are confident with the quality of their products. I tried to get a refund on 2 occasions each time they told me to they could not because the system would not allow them as there was a sale ... ???... Stokes sells pour quality products and markets / designs them to look like premium quality. The reason they have so many discount sales is because thats the actual price of the product including their profit. So in the end i guess they think they won because they did not refund me. I will never purchase from stokes again though so in the long run im not sure its profitable for them

The staff is so friendly! We went twice during black Friday and cyber Monday. The ladies working there were joyful. They had nice music on so I was enjoying it and started dancing very subtlety. One of the ladies started dancing with me. I found that very funny. This made my experience as a shopper light and refreshing as we laughed a lot. The service was very quick both times I went. The prices with the sales going on were amazing. I highly recommend!
