Advanpro - Heating, Cooling, Furnace & Duct Cleaning

I called about an air conditioner problem and from start to finish the service was excellent. The issue was identified quickly and remedied promptly. Both technicians were thorough, informative and professional. I would recommend Advanpro highly!

My 20 year old furnace decided to die on me. I emailed AdvanPro at 8PM on a Tuesday to get a quote for a new furnace; expecting the information on Wednesday morning. Instead, they answered immediately with the quote, which I accepted immediately after asking a couple of questions. They came to install the new furnace the next day, Wednesday. Matt was the installer. He was very professional; answered all my questions, did the job nicely and removed the old furnace. I am very happy with the service I received. This was a very urgent job mainly because the temperature outside was -15C. In addition to installing the new furnace, they also change the thermostat and installed two Carbon Monoxide alarms in the basement and main floor.

Advanpro are reliable, their Technicians keep you updated if any delays in getting to your appointment.I have been using Advanpro to service my furnance since 2015 and had no issues. Yesterday Technician Matt turned up was polite well informed and advised me about my humidifier and another minor issue. Prices for servicing the furnance seem pretty reasonable.

No before and after photo to prove if the dryer vent was fully cleaned, even though it was written on the receipt. I'm not sure if the staff just put the suction in the vent and took it out. The staff didn't wear any PPE to climb up the 4th floor with ladder and it made me worried and nervous (do they have any insurance?). Not satisfied at all and not a great experience. I regret that I paid for the service and would not choose this company again.

What a great experience! Wanted duct cleaning and furnace servicing, for a 10 year old high-efficiency furnace. Starting with the online quote, the conversation with reception, and, most importantly, the level of service excellence from Pat and James.....each step gave me confidence in their customer service. We had Advanpro come out to do duct cleaning. Our experience from the first call to book the appointment to the completion of the work was seamless. The office staff was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and the guys that came to do the work were very professional and respectful of my home. Had a duct and furnace cleaning a few years back after our renovation. However, Advanpro came in and found serious clutter remaining in our system - and professionally cleaned it out.Kevin and Todd were competent, efficient and personable. Job completed in two hours and house as neat as they found it.

The service guys, Jeff and Greg, that came to do my high-efficiency duct cleaning were wonderful! They called to ask if they could come early, they explained everything to me in detail and answered my many questions. They even gave me tips for my home to help with my asthma and allergies. They were quick, efficient, and very pleasant! A+++ service! An added bonus that really made them shine for me was they were so good with my pets! (4 big dogs and 2 cats) Helped me make sure none of them got out during the service, stopped to give them affection and reassurance with all the loud noises going on. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
