Had these guys to come out and winterize our sprinkler system. They've done it for 2 years and have been fine. This is the third year and they didn't undo the hose like they've done in previous years. They hired a new guy this year and he missed this step. As a result, when I tried to use my tap, the sprinklers are flooded with water again. When I wrote and gave them a chance to make it right, they apologize but are not doing anything about it. So now I have to find another company this late on the season.Be aware these guys have staff turnovers, poor training and the worst customer service when you run into real problems.Oh and they increased their prices by approx 20%!Stay away from these guys. Go somewhere else. Don't say I didn't tell you so.

Merging onto a clear lane of the 401 at 45 kmh isn't safe or how your driver's should be trained. Beyond that breakchecking me when I honk because there is fast traffic coming is just dangerous.
