John and the team at Techpro did an excellent job installing a Heat Pump into my home. He was by far the most knowledgeable contractor I spoke too, including offering options that others had not even suggested. The install went fast, they were on time, clean, professional, and did an excellent job making it look trim and nice. Unit works great and I will now be covered for summers and winters to come. 10/10 Service!

The service I received from this company, and John, the technician, specifically, was spectacular! 10 out of 5 stars! He came over and did a maintenance on our furnace. The work he did was so thorough, took care of every detail. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.And, prior to that, over the phone, gave me great suggestions to how to use the furnace in such a way to improve the air quality in our home, turning it into an air purifier as well!Great company to use, very highly recommended.

I was desperate, we woke up on Sunday morning and felt chilly, so we turned up the furnace a bit and in a while we realized that it did not work. So opened the front to find pilot light and could not even find it so for two days we had the oven on and open with a small fan to circulate the heat around the house. When we contacted Techpro he was so accomodating and was there within 40 minutes and after being told we needed a new furnace, by someone else, how amazed we were to find out it was a $9.00 part and he had it fixed in no time, if you are worried please call Techpro, we are more than satisfied and so thankful, if you have an older furnace he probably has the part in his truck to fix it, that is what John Laslo said to me and he was right. As a senior, I highly recommend Techpro, thank you John.
