As the president of a US firm, we had a tax issue with the province of Ontario in Canada. Having very limited understanding of the tax law in Canada I reached out to Amit for assistance. He was very responsive and did an excellent job of talking to the tax authority on our behalf. He was able to put together a very cogent explanation of our defense and answer the tax authorities questions. Was a tremendous stress relief to have an expert assist us through the process of dealing with the province.
