Bought a bat online and was able to pick it up in-store with no problems. We realized we got the wrong size after not seeing the option online and they let us get the size we wanted. The employees were very friendly.

I brought my e-bike into Sports Replay expecting it to be in for a while. It was not changing gears correctly. Jose looked at it immediately and figured out the problem. He showed us how to fix it if it happens again. Jose is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell he cares about his customers and loves what he does! Thank you so much for the great service!

Sports Replay - Sports Excellence
Last weekend I went in to buy ski equipment - getting back on the slopes after 20 years. Kurt was amazing and helped me get all set up with skis, boots, poles, helmet and goggles. And Jose was able to put my bindings on, set them, wax and sharpen my skis on the spot while I waited. It was truly a fantastic ski shooing experience. Thanks Sports Replay!

Rented an absolutely fantastic EVO E-Bike for the day. Excellent value for the experience. Normally use my own Hybrid bikes but on holiday thought I’d try something different. It cycled like a normal light hybrid but on the hills was awesome. Didn’t feel like I was cheating but made my sightseeing so easy and enjoyable. Never thought I’d give in to an E bike but this day changed my mind. Great shop. Thanks.

Excellent customer service! I came in to have my skis serviced after sitting in storage for a long time. They needed a lot of work done and I needed them ready to go skiing two days later. They were already very busy with other clients, but the gentleman doing the service was kind enough to put in an extra effort to make sure my skis were ready to go for when I needed them. That was above and beyond what I expected and very much appreciate the exception they made for me. I will be back for sure.

A little late in my review but it’s never too late. My husband with my son went to Sports Replay on Langley Bypass about a month ago to get a stick for the hockey blade and received an exceptional service from Joe Schembri. I was waiting in the car outside and when they came out of the store they had a big smile on their face. My 10 year old told me all about his experience at the store and told me that Joe was wonderful and provided great assistance. Thank you for making his experience so memorable, Joe. Jose at Sports replay what can I say “seems to be the heart of their bike sales and repair shop”Jose was the most courteous professional I have dealt with not just at Sports replay but anywhere.I came in to fix an Escooter and help with a bike race.I didn’t know what I needed for equipment for a 80k bike race I was doing and Jose took care of me from start to finish and the work was done in a few days.Would definitely recommend this place and definitely Jose.
