Portions were a little small for the price, but food was still good.Our waitress, upon guiding our party of four to the table and throughout our lunch, did not seem happy to be speaking to us. Seemed tired of interacting with us from the get-go and didn't smile once. Maybe she had been having a hard morning, but it definitely put a damper to our mood and how we felt about the service. It also took quite some time to have our orders taken; we had to take the initiative after about 5 to 7 minutes of waiting passively.My friend seated across from me noted she caught sight of a server gathering a stack of dishes near the cash register counter, looked at the dishes, and swept off something before taking it somewhere (most likely a table but can't be certain). this was a little questionable.. but overall, I wish our experience here would have been better.Visited for lunch in late August.

Took awhile to get seated, wasn't busy at all, 5 tables at most. Drinks were excellent, service was decent, food was so so very bland and took maybe 35 minutes for 4 tiny tacos, very small portions (tacos) meats were dry and chewy. Probably won't come back or recommend.

Came in for dinner and drinks for a bachelorette. We put our name on the wait list and it took around 2hrs to get in for a table of 9. Servers were awesome and super friendly. They brought us a round of tequila which made the bride to be feel special! I ordered tacos. Chicken one was fabulous, fish one wasn’t it and it was dry and the shrimp one was great! Also 10/10 recommend the nachos!

My meal here last Sunday was spectacular. The Baja tacos were absolutely divine and I’ve never seen such a comprehensive tequila selection in my 12 years in Canada. Plus the atmosphere was incredible. Can’t wait to come back this Saturday! Also, can’t forget to give a shout-out to the staff, Nicole and Gabe were the best! The sass, the recommendations, the banter… 10s across the board!

The food was amazing, hands down one of the best authentic Mexican food places I’ve been to. Our waiter was awesome and he was super friendly/accommodating. The atmosphere inside and out is perfect for relaxing with your family. My kids could not get enough of the food either, they scarfed it down and even asked for more because of how good they said it was.

Yummy and great food. Loved their burritos and tuna tostadas!3 stars because the churros were under cooked and doughy and they were unfortunately understaffed. Very slow service, to be fair they were busy.

My wife and I are moving from Vancouver to Southern Ontario, driving the whole way. Kelowna was stop #1. Found this restaurant because they had a pet-friendly patio. Turns out it also happens to be one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to, period. The street, the ambience, the live music, the vibe in general. Our server, Eleanor, was fantastic. And the food, oh my God. Go now.

My wife and I arrived early for our reservation, so they offered to seat us at the bar until our reservation time. This was perfect because it was snowing quite hard, and we didn't have anywhere else to be! Once seated, we ordered drinks and food with the promise of being moved at our scheduled reservation time. Unfortunately/fortunately, our table wasn't ready as scheduled... Our server was super apologetic and offered to cover our appy, which was completely unexpected and, in our opinion, unnecessary. When a table did become available, we turned it down because we were enjoying ourselves so much at the bar. The server did her best to try and do us right, but we were more than content where we were. It was a great meal, great service, and awesome atmosphere. The only thing I might comment on was the volume of the music.. slightly too loud for my liking, but the playlist itself was excellent!

I generally don’t like leaving less than 5 star reviews. But over the years I’ve watched the service decline from “acceptable” down to the point where I now don’t even bother eating in anymore.Most of their servers are at best standoff-ish. They seem annoyed when you ask questions about drinks or take longer than 5 seconds to order. The bartenders I’ve always had better experiences with, but with a large party who wants to sit at the bar just for decent service? I will say it’s not every single server, but in 2 years of frequenting here I have noticed a pattern. To me, it signals staff either don’t like their jobs and are not good workers, or management demotivates good staff until they quit.And anytime you bring up a concern to the management/owner, expect a condescending reply or to be mostly brushed off with an excuse of some sort. I understand it’s hard hiring staff for the summer, but your management team should be able to turn an experience around not add to the disappointment.I’ll give 4 stars because the ambiance and food is quite good, we used to do a weekly lunch here with the office until service become so poor. I would recommend takeout or sitting at the bar for anyone looking to try them out!
